The condo is a bit dated and cluttered could have a little bit of an update and decluttering. But we really didn't spend much time there except to sleep. The kitchen was missing some basic eg. salt/pepper..frying pans but overall functional for what we needed.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, really close to the beach and pool. Quick taxi drive to Red Hook for groceries and shops. Taxis always available. the Condo was a perfect size for the two of us. The balcony has a great view of the water and marina. Lots of towel and the condo was clean.

One of the bathroom where the bathroom tub was the water was cold, plus Wi-Fi work for one day of our stay. We also had a few black out in that area. They said it wasn’t their fault, but wish they had warn us that it happens once in a while in that area.

The condo was change at the last minute, which made it confusing we end up in crystal bay condo. The apartment was huge and bigger than what i expected, so that was nice, plus so close to the beach in fact almost in front of it by just a few step.

check in was a little confusing...didn't know the unit where we were staying and how to access. lucky that the office was open and able to assist. If had arrived later, the office would have been closed.

Nice studio apartment with balcony a short walk from the beach. Laundry on premises, restaurant, parking, all very convenient. Basic amenities provided, plus beach towels and chairs. Grocery store a short drive away. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, and the staff were responsive.

The room could've been a little cleaner.

The view from our balcony was priceless. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony every day! Most of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. My son and I loved being in a unit near the pool and Sudi's Bar/Grill. We loved that there was great snorkeling close to shore at Sapphire Beach! This kept my 9 yr old son busy for hours.

Everything was great except that the internet did not work at all until the night before I was leaving. This was very problematic for me because I had to work on that trip. I had to go to libraries and coffee shops to use their Wi-Fi which was pretty rough. Also, the welcome email came the day after I checked in so checking in was very confusing.

The particular unit we stayed in was “tired”, almost to the point of being rundown. The air conditioner was old, rusty and noisy. The fridge, although appearing relatively new, was very noisy. We had to unplug it at night to get any sleep. The vertical room blinds had many slats missing. The bathroom towels were threadbare in many cases, such that you put your fingers through them. All of this can be fixed easily with a bit of TLC, but it really distracts from a great vacation.

Proximity to beach. On-site restaurant and pool. Beautiful view. Very comfortable bed with good pillows.

My recommendation would be that there be more of a light grocery shoppe on the property so that you could provision a bit more. Perhaps, expand the coffee shop to include more items or have another store on the property that would include more stuff, coffee, small food items, beer, wine and more novelties. Sudi's had some great artwork, which is awesome and unique. Perhaps, to just expand just a bit more by Sudi's ?

We had an absolutely wonderful time, the view from our room was beautiful. We could see when the rain front was moving in and could almost time it, which was actually awesome. And then, it's gone it about 10 minutes, very awesome. We are sailors, so we appreciate the weather. It was great being within walking distance to both Sudi's as well as the beach. We had a wonderful Sail and Snorkel experience that was right at the Marina, that I would highly recommend to anyone staying at the property. I especially enjoyed the Iguanas and Chickens, they were almost always posed and ready for their photos to be taken. We met so many wonderful people both Islanders and vacationers included. We would definitely come back. This was a great location, very close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. As far as the staff, Abby and Susan at Sudi's are absolutely fantastic!! We had a wonderful experience and would come back with more friends and family!

Honestly I couldn't believe they put a lock on the washer and dryer that are in the unit. That really threw off my whole trip. Some of the pillow cases smelled reaaaaally bad and I wanted to throw them in the washing machine and then I noticed there was a lock on it so you couldn't plug it in to the power. That is absolutely ridiculous.

The view is incredible. Obviously you are only staying here for the view.

Location was ideal - very near the water and very near the town of Red Hook. Perfect location. Room had porch, sitting room, bed, kitchen, decent bathroom. Ample parking, and a restaurant just 200' from our door. Would stay there again.

Being early in season, there were a few things that required attention from handyman and wifi provider, but Paradise Property management attended to these promptly and we thank them!!

Location was great, close to Sapphire Bay! Our condo was convenient to beach, Sudi’s (bar restaurant) and pool. Comfy bed !

My original booking was for a one bedroom condo. The property management company downgraded it to a studio, with only a months notice, so I could not cancel the trip with enough time to find a suitable alternative.
