Very steep hill!!!

Expect that we need to have a car to go any where in island every thing else was very nice .

Clean and large room was my first notice and than the view from our patio was one of the best I have ever seen, definitely nice restaurant with entertainment was my favorite too , like the view from everywhere of facility.

The only thing I didn't like is that the restaurant closed at 9pm. I also wasn't a big fan of the 4pm check-in & the 10am check-out.

The view from my room was amazing. The property was is in a decent location. Everything is really nice.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I was nervous at first because of prior reviews but I had the sweetest person check us in! She gave us really good recommendations of places to go. They had someone bring our bags to room via golf cart. The facilities were very nice. The gym had an amazing view. Whenever we needed new towels, we just exchange them via laundry bag.

Loved the view and how clean the room was when we got there! Everyone was very nice and helpful! We got there hours before our check in time, but were able to go eat the poolside bar until then!

My recent stay at Bluebeard's Castle was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk who went out of their way to assist me. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit --

At one point, it seemed like someone had a drone and was looking in my room. When my spouse saw what was going on, they closed the curtain and it was gone. That made me feel very uncomfortable.

The room was very nice. It wasn't what I wanted but it was nice. I expected to be overlooking another area, but like I said, I enjoyed my stay.

I feel that the hotel staff can provide better customer service. Great Customer service goes a long way.

Very hard to walk to and from, best served by taxi.

Large clean rooms overlooking St. Thomas. Centrally located on hill that gives amazing views. Restaurant is very good. Excellent air conditioning!

Nothing to dislike but note if you have knee or hip mobility issues keep in mind that the island is full of hills and the resort itself has plenty of stairs.

The beautiful views, comfortable beds, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was super clean. The taxis are the main source of transportation and you must have cash. Also Domino’s pizza will deliver. There are no uber, Lyft, or door dash services. They went above and beyond for every request. The rooms are like apartments- super spacious and you are supplied with everything you need from pots pans cutlery hair dryer WiFi extra blankets and pull out couch. It was such a beautiful stay. Close to the airport and ferry dock. St. John is a 10 minute ferry ride away and not even $10 per person. Definitely worth spending a day there as well. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the food and drinks kept coming. The staff is so hospitable. It’s kid friendly and has adjoining rooms. I highly recommend for the price and luxurious experience and I have declared that Bluebeards Castle will be the only place I stay whenever I visit.
