JapanNot really. The price was a bit high, but I guess that is based on the average price in Christiansted. And this hotel location is very good and you can enjoy the historical building. Some taxes will be added.
The room was very clean, and the location was really useful, as it is almost in front of Fort Christiansvaern and the boardwalk, where many restaurants and shops are located. The staff was also nice. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator and TV.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Nice lobby, nice pool area. Convenient location to restaurants, shops and Boardwalk. Comfortable bed, good shower. Front porch was nice.

United StatesLovely hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. Unfortunately it was difficult for me and my mom to get up to our room as there is no elevator. My mom is in her 70s and I have chronic back pain and neuropathy. If you are young and mobile this is an excellent choice.

Great location to make it easy to get to the boardwalk and other locations in the downtown area. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

United StatesParking is the only downfall of this property as we had to circle many times trying to find a parking space, or we had to park far away and walk back to the hotel.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room in general as well as the location of the hotel. I also liked the comfort of the bed and the room on a whole.

CanadaThe only downside was that there was no elevator and it took a while for shower to warm up. A shuttle service would have been ideal... The top lock, one would assume is a deadbolt - it is not but rather a "do not disturb" sign which unfortunately prevented the suite from being replenished with clean towels.
Quaint and unassuming boutique hotel in the heart of the city and walking distance to stores and shops. Bonus was the view of the Ocean and the Old Fort which was about a 1 min walk and 1.5 mins to the boardwalk! Centrally located and very unassuming locale: Don't be fooled by the exterior. I enjoyed having my coffee on the patio and watching the town come to life. Not to mention the Roosters who had no concept of time!!! Generally, the staff were friendly. Special mention goes out to our Customer Relation Representative Denisha who was always congenial, extremely approachable, kind and accomodating; Danisha's customer service skills and professionalism are beyond compare Vince, from maintenance was always willing to assist: Maintenance was required twice with Vince always close at one's hells and work was done in an exremely timely manner and with a genuine warmth and smile. Laundry facilites are available for use by Guests.

United StatesThe lighting in the room was dark (wrong bulbs). No elevator with lots of stairs. No water on second day of stay and the three day was fire alarm testing in the morning. Neither time were we informed. No working phone in the room. Overall the staff wasn’t engaging.
The bed was clean comfortable. The location was good.

I loved our room and the beds were so comfortable. I came for a relaxing birthday trip and got exactly what I was looking for...the pool was lovely and so were the staff. Definitely would stay again when we come.back.
