It would have been nice if they ran a shuttle from the hotel down to the local shopping center.

This hotel was in a very lovely area and had great views. There also seemed to be a lot to do on the property, but we were only there for one night so we didn't get to experience too many of those things.

Room wasn’t the cleanest ( hairs in the bathroom and cigarette buts on the balcony when we got there. Some staff was rude ( the big cart driver) but after a few choice words he became a little nicer.

Bartenders were very nice! Especially Lisa!!!! Room was nice and comfortable. Food was good.

The hotel is on a steep hill. There is a convenience store on the property, but selection is limted, and prices are a bit steep. While you can, of course, find supermarkets and convenience stores, you need a car to get to one.

I loved my room. It was clean and had all the dishes I needed. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. I had plenty of towels for my stay. The room was also peaceful and quiet.

I didn't like all the cats roaming freely around. I'm allergic to cats and that was a big turn off for me.

We were previously booked at Bluebeards for a wedding.. Unfortunately, our return trip was delayed because of mechanical issues with our flight. The airline wanted to put us up at another hotel, but we chose to go back to Bluebeards. The staff was great and very accommodating. Shaun( front desk) and my girl Natasha in the convenience store looked out for me. She had different native fruits and juices for me daily. The restaurant had the best firecracker shrimp eva. I ate that almost every day of my stay.

Front desk agent needs to initiate eye contact upon entering. Guests cannot connect with them when the head is facing downwards, while speaking.

Convenience features - gift shop, bar and restaurant, pool area. Well kept grounds. Great to see this, as a local born.

The associated restaurant and the associated place to each at the pool, the lady I believe owner bartender had no smile, brisk and abrupt speaking. Made my vacation uncomfortable.

Later pool bar hours, live music would be nice More interactive/personable bartenders. Danial was good!

Taxi booking ahead was helpful. Jay and Lisa do a great job at the pool bar.

Most of the staff was very unfriendly. Be aware that you are renting a timeshare (it's not a hotel), thus you don't have complementary coffee/shampoo/conditioner (only a small package the first day).

Unfortunately, the last night we were there, we found a roach from the kitchen cabinet and that went unpleasant. Although, we understand it is a tropical place, we didn't leave the front door or the patio door open at any point. Most of the time we were out and when we were back, we cleaned up well. Also, we saw this roach come out from the kitchen cabinet and we figured it may have been in it for a few days. The laundry room had only one washer and dryer and the room was lit very dim.

The view is definitely wonderful! The staff were pleasant. The roads were super steep as they are on the mountains. The walk is beautiful in the castle and they have a convenience store, pool, restaurant and a great looking lobby. There was an awesome mango tree that had mangoes hanging. Also, you can view the waters from the castle lobby. The pictures on the website are very much like what we saw live too.

Store on property should be opened later being that access to stores are limited and guest wasn’t offered a ride to the bottom of road for guests that wanted to walk to places. Also we paid 25 dollars taxi just to go to the gas station no vending machines on the property

Some painted sidewalks slippery when wet. Alot of stairs should be expected

Food, staff never came to clean room despite calling for staff twice, one late night staff was weird trying to convince us that our California weed isnt as good as his low grade VI weed lol and grew angry when he couldnt, and the property is up on a hill which makes it difficult to walk to other locations in area.

Everything was perfect! I would advise anyone to book their stay at Bluebeards. The staff are exceptional and it's safe for family vacations. I booked mainly because of how they are for families as in their room setup and everything that they have on site. I will be back soon!

Well kept, with a convenient location, close to town and other attractions. The food and service at the restaurant was very good. They have a power generator, a must.
