Just be prepared it’s a taxi ride into town. With good negotiation $30. But, you get a relaxing location with 20 min walk downhill to pretty beach that you will have all to yourself for it.

Hard to find at first but well positioned in middle of island for exploring. You will definitely need a rental car in my opinion.

The road below the house can be quite noisy during work hours due to big trucks. Fortunately, this subsided in the evening. This is not in Road Town. No nearby commerce of any kind. You will need a car or have to make arrangements or call for transportation to get to Road Town (a few miles) or airport (about 30 minutes by car).

The host was very cooperative. She prepared a very good dinner (pizza) and breakfast (eggs) for our group. Plenty of food. Good wifi. Not lavish, but comfortable for a family or group. Great views of Trunk Bay.

Warning or pre-empting issues with dry-season water supply, although host handled and solved very well. Also breakfast was not available on the second morning we were there; property is somewhat remote so the host-provided menu can be key. Remoteness has benefits but means you need to plan ahead for supplies, work out supplies with host, or be okay with spending for taxis to get everywhere (or renting a car).

Views of Trunk Bay and Guana Island were stunning, property is in a quiet location, host is very responsive and communicative. Kitchen is large and master bedroom/bathroom is great. Host-provided menu is also great, and the salmon burger I had was delicious.

It stated 5 mins from the beach but this is not right. Even by car it’s slightly longer. The main issue is without a car it’s a good 35 walk down a steep and winding road. Feels even worst on the return! Took us nearly one hour. We were lucky and happy to hitch hike but not everyone will feel as comfortable to do this. Without a car you are very isolated. Taxis are expensive, quoted $100 return to cane garden bay and $45 to the airport. We hitchhiked into Road Town ($20 taxi return). Be aware there are no supermarkets or any restaurants so you will need to take provisions. Big bobbies in Road Town. The apartment kitchen is provisioned to prepare and cook a meal.

A homely accommodation with the owner living above. A large and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a small veranda and fabulous views of the local beach at Trunk Bay.

Would have been great to have had some coffee and tea on arrival. We arrived very late and there is not a shop nearby. I’d have been happy to pay extra for a few provisions and a welcome pack with info eg WiFi code would have been helpful. Taxis were required to get to property if you don’t have a car - this can add up.

Nothing major just a few more things for the kitchen would be useful. Medium size pot/s and a hair dryer. Wi fi was very intermittent.

Location and view was great. Size of rooms excellent. Very comfortable and Nichola was a great host very helpful in assisting with beach stuff.
