nobody has CHANGE!!! Not dollar, not bolivars! This is 5 star hotel, why they can not even break $20 bill??? Restaurant, reception, gift shop, they all do not have change $$$ their boss can’t leave $50 or even $20 change in their register ???

A bit difficult to get in touch with the staff - but the hotel was also almost empty.

Good place to kick back and tackle the jet lag before starting our proper Venezuela tour :) For all visitors of the worrying kind: They claim they have their own well and therefore have drinkable tap water. We did drink it and survived so it seems to be true.

Hotel rooms are a bit dated. Taxi price to take you to the airport is outrageous (more expensive than in European cities).

Very good location close to fish restaurants by the beach. Excellent Swimming pool and very good restaurant.

the rooms seemed a little out of date, it would be better to have plugs at both sides of the bed, and the shower should be updated. the bathtub is a bit high easy to trip, and perhaps better lighting. Also the mini fridge could be in a more visible area

nice and friendly staff, ready to support and make you stay as comfortable as possible, the food was good and Pool and the view was quite lovely. great for relaxing.

the room had fungus, the shower had fungus, the swimming pool was dirty. I paid 19$ for a very bad pizza. they changed my room and the shower didn't work. it was really messy, I really want a refund. this has been the most traumatic experience to be honest. this isn't a 5 stars hotel experience.

There are NO ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS at this hotel, even though this was specifically requested. The nice lady behind the reception sent up a portable toilet frame and shower chair but I'm really unsre how this was supposed to be used IN A BATH!

Food and bar service weren't bad, the staff were good. Wifi was poor to obtaining the menu via the QR was practically impossible.

The best option in miles but it is not worth the trouble. The facilities are very old and not representative of a 5 star hotel. The hotel management allows people to bring their own speakers to the pool and turn them as loud as they want. A sonic nightmare! Went it comes to paying food or drinks in the restaurant things turn into a guessing game. The bills do not specify the prices, only amounts consumed. If one asks for the details of the bill they say it is not possible before paying! That means that you have to pay the bill before knowing the prices. Never seen that before. Once you pay any discrepancies are not easy to settle and the discussions turn into nightmares. We were charged for things we did not consume. Beware.

The shower was dirty. The shower head was absolutely dirty and with mole. The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable and the blanket covering it was dirty. In my conception, unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. For a 5 star ratings and the room price for the terrace was a huge ripoff. Plus they are serving stale food at the restaurant. I had made a complaint and the staff turned a blind eye and didn’t even offer assistance.also the quality of the stations on the tv was very bad. Also complained and nothing was done. I don’t believe i got what I spent for my honeymoon. Also the food was very expensive and didn’t worth the price me and my wife had to order food from the outside.
