The hotel’s perfect location placed me within a short walk of the breathtaking historic sites, where the beauty of Samarkand unfolded at every step.

Our stay at Ideal Hotel felt like stepping into an Oriental fairytale. We traveled as three families, and everything was perfectly arranged before we even arrived. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and genuinely caring — they even arranged a wonderful city guide for us. Check-in was smooth, customer-centric, and personalised to our needs. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was simply delicious. The modern coffee machine brewed amazing coffee, and the charming garden with its fountain was the perfect spot to relax together in the evenings or enjoy the peaceful mornings.

Bathtube Is ager and air conditioning not working well. Maybe Is only a problem of filters.

They had a free dry cleaning service. Tahir at the reception desk was so helpful for this matter and he was very attentive on this. Also the room was so clean. Modern rustic furniture was excellent design. If I come to Samarkand again I’d only stay in this hotel for sure.

Modern hotel in the modern part of town - made a nice change from some of the other more traditional places on this trip. The hotel itself is a little outside of the touristic part of city but it's a nice walk in/out. The area around the hotel is clean and safe and has a nice selection of restaurants, bars, cafes. The hotel is extremely clean and well equipped. The staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful. I thought the complementary taxi transfer from/to the train station was a lovely touch - well done! Breakfast was great with a large selection of items - both local and international. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

There was no wall socket for the bedside light. Distance to city centre by foot doable, but a bit far.

The location is about 20 - 25 minutes walk from the main tourist sites but a really nice walk.

The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. They organised a driver to take us to Shahrisabz for the day at a very reasonable price and provided a free transfer from and to the railway station. The breakfast was very good, there was something for everyone.

Nothing to dislike. But a suggestion: it will be great to have a menu in the room of their local restaurant and if they can provide in-room service.

Everything from free pick-up to free drop- off. Checkin was made easy because of an english speaking receptionist. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Located in a place near to many sightseeing locations and many intl. Food chains are at walking distance.wifi was great as well as the breakfast - it had too many items. They have their own restaurant across the road serving local cusine. Would definetly recommend and would book again.

First of all, they picked us up with a very comfortable shuttle service. They even took our luggages without any hesitation. We appreciate all the stuff members but specially thank to Babor & Atabek for their kindness and all the attention throughout our stay. They have an excellent breakfast and very tasty tea services. The kitchens and rooms were amazingly clean and they were very helpful. Definitely a five star experience on budget!!

More of a suggestion - my mum would have liked a kettle in the room so she could have had tea when she got up. However, this wasn't an issue. The staff were happy to provide tea whenever you wanted which is the style in Central Asia.

This was our second visit to the Ideal hotel, they picked us up at the train station after we arrived from Tashkent. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do more for you. They let us check in early and provided us with lovely, hot lemon tea and some snacks that really helped us relax after our early morning train journey. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants - a one minute walk to the end of the road there are a great selection of restaurants for pretty much any kind of food you could want. There is also a small supermarket before you get to the end of the road. If you turn right at the end of the road and then left at the Chinese restaurant, you will find yourself in a park with Amir Temur's statue at the end and his mouseluem close by. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are cosy and comfortable and my mum absolutely loved the variety of food offered for breakfast. A big thank you to the staff for making it a great visit.

A lot of choices for breakfast. Very good service. The staff will give all what you need or ask. They attended to all of our request. Very safe and silent in the area. We love our stay. Our sleep is very comfortable because of the best comfy bed and quiet in the area. It is near to many restaurants and bank. We are very happy in our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Definitely would recommend this hotel. Staff at the hotel is super super nice and welcoming, they are making sure that you have a pleasant stay - from free transfer from airport, to adjusting temperature in the room to accommodating my mom’s strict diet since she is vegan. Breakfast offers variety of food. I’ve read reviews that the hotel is not close to tourists attractions, but i would disagree as 30min walk to main attraction is quite okay in my opinion.
