Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. NetherlandsThe location is TOO close to the tourist stuff, which means you are caught in the middle of it all and have access to very few non-curated places. Still, given the heat and the notoriously risky food situation in Uzbekistan, this is probably for the better. One thing, the breakfast is nothing spectacular. It’s extensive; but toast bread, weird looking sausages, and cheese, cold cute, and fruit that has been left outside for a couple of hours (they don’t like turning on the AC in the breakfast room), make them unappealing. You end up really having some cream and jam and a hardboiled egg, which is nothing to get too excited about. But there is nothing wrong with it at all.
It’s a new, clean hotel right in Labi Hauz plaza. Next to a set of monuments and restaurants and stores. The beds are comfortable and the building is tastefully designed. Clean and modern bathroom and shower. High quality, European 5 start service

The location was on the Lyabi Hauz square. Really loved the location and the facilities of the hotel including the breakfast spread. The hosts were so kind to arrange railway station pickup by coordinating with me earlier. Gave me a good and reasonable price for the pickup. Both my pickup and drop were pretty late in the night, but the hotel ensured that I was picked up and dropped safely. They even packed a breakfast to eat on the train at 4 am in the morning.

ItalyBreakfast was not the best, but there were fresh fruits and national dishes available. However, I'm sure that once their renovation is completed and their Italian coffee machine is available again, this would not be a negative anymore. We didn't love the bed - it wasn't uncomfortable, but having the crack between mattresses is never good for couples.
The room was beautifully decorated and a good size for a couple. The hotel location was perfect, right in the center of old Bukhara, but still close to the road to get transport. Olim was a great host and greeted us with such fantastic positivity - thank you for your recommendations and kindness. We would definitely recommend this hotel for couples.

This is an exceptional hotel! My room was large and beautifully decorated with a wide window overlooking a courtyard. The bed was superbly comfortable! The best I found in Uzbekistan. The staff particularly Olim the manager were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much hassle for them. The location is superb right at the attractions yet peaceful and quiet once you entered the door. I can't think of a better place to stay!
