My aircon didn't work properly the whole time I was there, despite asking for it to be fixed several times

I liked the access to the fitness centre. The room was spacious (a living room with kitchen, and a bedroom). The floor in the bathroom was heated, which is very comfy.

The master bedroom AC was not cooling properly.. We didn't care about the daytime as we were mostly out but sleeping in that room became rather uncomfortable until 2 to 3 am when the room would start cooling down. The other bedroom and living room were fine.

The location was great. The staff were very hospitable and attentive. Breakfast was nice but could do with some variety. After a few days it could get repetitive.

Nothing! The only surprise I had was that the bathroom was different to advertised, and didn't have the spa bath. However it had a good shower in a big cubicle so I didn't raise this with them.

Super spacious room, well equipped and very comfortable. Great breakfasts, served in the smart ground floor restaurant. Good location, just along the road from a Metro station. Friendly staff, all able to communicate despite me having only a couple of words of Uzbek and Russian.

Nothing not to like, but given that the accommodation has a kitchen area, it would have been helpful to have a cloth for drying up washed crockery.

Just a one night stay. This is a superbly appointed hotel, with very helpful attentive staff. Breakfast from the extensive menu was delicious and plenty. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay later in my trip.

I went during this unusual cold weather when the temperature hit -20 degrees in Tashkent. There was no hot water in my room. It took at least half an hour for the water to turn somewhat Luke warm in my first day.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is well located with easy access to taxis/ YandexGo and other forms of transportation. There is a small Cafe downstairs: Taste Ozone where you can meet up with a friend or enjoy a snack.

No washing machine - had to use hotel type laundry service. No iron/board in room. Even access to a laundry room would have been better. Some broken items like kettle not replaced. Breakfasts always late, never hot, warm at best. Told new person in kitchen. Breakfast needs improvement. No coffee for breakfast in restaurant for 3 days was poor planning by residence. I would go again despite the negatives, hoping to see an improvement to the standard of all the other apart-hotels I have visited.

Location was fine, 20min from airport. Individually prepared breakfasts. Big rooms. Maid service each day. Front desk staff friendly, try to help although their English v occasionally a little limited. Could be an excellent place if negatives were fixed.

Infrastructure of the business center is not really suitable for the family with the little kids in stroller. However, they are offering a crib and staff always ready to help.

Location was perfect, exactly what I wanted. Staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Manager was very nice, polite and respectful. Resolved the minor issues we had in the right way. Breakfast was decent. Tasty, fresh and healthy.

A really nice hotel—just as it looks in the photos, and even better in terms of quality. Usually, what you see on booking sites looks much cheaper in real life, but Darkhan was different. I'm so glad Tashkent has something like this at such a reasonable price.

This did not impact our stay but I am listing it in case other people care: The credit card machine didn't work at all so all payment must be made in cash. The street is noisy but I used to live by a hospital in a city so I don't care.

Extremely spacious. The kitchenette worked well, very easy to prepare some small snacks and lunches. The bathroom was large and the shower was comfortable. The air conditioning did work. They have a lift and a luggage trolley, and the front desk is staffed 24h. I really really enjoyed the cafe next door, which was open most of the day until 2300 and had amazing food options. The location: a grocery store in the next couple buildings, subway within 5 min walk (Hamid Olimjon red line), and a real bank (not just atm) past the subway. Around the corner was Tashkent Central Park, which we went to every single night, as it was perfect for kids and adults alike. If I were you i would book this place since you won't be disappointed. Wifi was good, breakfast was ok. They provided an extra small cot for our child. It had wheels so we could move it as we saw fit. I don't know why but it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life, even more comfortable than the bed I have at home. I even tried to identify the mattress so I could buy one like it.
