The worn-out cushions on the sofa in the reception area need to be replaced so that waiting in this area would be more comfortable for customers.

The location was convenient for our purposes. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, consistently warm water, reliable Wi-Fi, well-functioning elevators and the buffet breakfast options. The staff in all areas were pleasant and provided excellent services. It was an enjoyable stay.

Front desk staff are exceptional, room was spacious with view of city accented by a huge leafy tree, restaurant was open for breakfast buffet but also lunch and dinner, hotel offers room service. Housekeeping was attentive and efficient. We stayed ten days.

The Hotel didn't have much common space, just a 3 person sofa in reception. The breakfast room is a little crowded so you have to have breakfast in shifts, but, no big deal. No ramp from the outside so some heavy lifting needed up a few steps if you've got big cases, we didn't. Because it's the city centre the area is a bit dead on Sundays and looks a little downbeat then with all the shop shutters and many restaurants and bars closed that day.

Our room was comfortable and spacious including a seating area. The bed firm, which we like. From our front of building upper floor room we had a side view of Palacio Salvo one of Montevideo's main "carte postals" as the Brazilian say and a front view out over the Mar del Plata. I rated the location a 9 and that's because this is right in the city centre, it's less good if you're here for the beaches. The location is spot on for catching the whole of the "hop on hop off" bus route beginning to end. We used the rooftop gym on a rainy morning which we enjoyed.

The bathroom was poorly designed with little counter space and placement of the sink made it impossible not to get water all over the mirror and floor.

The restaurant had fabulous food. Breakfast was also very good. The bed was OK, one side seemed to be sloped, hard to keep fom rolling. The terrace was lovely with a nice view but the furniture was two old plastic chairs no table and one of the chairs was broken. Staff were friendly.
