This is an older hotel with older facilities but very clean. I’m 6 feet tall so I found my single bed a little short.

The hotel is well located 5 minutes from the bus station. It’s near the beach and the Main Street in the shopping and restaurant area. It has a very good breakfast.

The structure itself including bed, toilet and furniture is pretty old (but clean!)

The location alone is worth all the money, very close to both main beaches, the bus terminal and many bars and restaurants. The personnel is very nice and the breakfast very good.

The waitress was very rude and arrogant. She did not let me finish my breakfast! I’ve ordered the food and 2-3 minutes she came to picked up everything not letting me eat. Awful

I wasn't really expecting much because the deal was good price-wise, so I'm ok with a few things the hotel lacked, like card-access keys (?). I value a safe hotel, with a comfy clean bed and warm showers, and we definitely got it at Marbella.

PERFECT location. We could go to many places on foot, the hotel was close to the beach. I think it was a great stay for the price. Simple and clean. The A/C worked perfectly, had hangers and the space was good and as described. Very good deal for breakfast, as everything else in Punta is insanely expensive!

The room was a bit quite tiny, not many places to put your luggage and stuff. Also, it was quite hot inside.

This is a well run, clean and safe hotel at the base of the old town. It is a 10 minute walk from the bus station. For 5 dollars they offer a well appointed desayuno; it is a good value. Frederico, at the front desk is helpful with a welcoming smile.

We really liked the Hotel Marbella - a nice, clean, bright hotel for a great price. The location was perfect for us, close to the bus station and car rental places, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Nice staff, comfortable room.

Towels were plump. Room had a safe. Room was quiet. Staff was very cordial.

In room 204, the air conditioning wasn't working. Although room 207 had air conditioning, the bathroom was quite narrow. In terms of amenities, only soap is provided. It's advisable to bring your own shampoo just in case. Despite the hotel lacking parking, it remains a good option for those without a vehicle due to its convenient location.

Perfectly located just steps from the bus terminal and minutes away from the beach, the hotel is situated right at the heart of downtown, offering easy access to the peninsula's main attractions. A delightful stroll along Gorlero, a coffee break, and a visit to Vista 360 for stunning city views are all within reach. My stay in rooms 204 and 207 provided marvelous vistas of both sunrises and sunsets. A fantastic breakfast to start the day right makes it even better. Highly recommended!

I cannot fault this hotel. It is fabulously situated in the heart of the town yet minutes from the beach. It is super clean, I haven’t stayed in a hotel this clean for a long time. There’s a really good breakfast with a wide range of food & great coffee. The rooms are compact but well furnished. The Wi-Fi is great.
