If you like fast wifi, that's not the hotel for you. Also, a lot of things in our room was broken: the microwave, the bin, the telephone...We had to ask all of those to be changes so I wonder if the rooms receive frequent maintenance. The beds are also very small (in the pictures, they appear bigger). The equipments in the gym are also very old.

The team is the best. Very attentive, kind, will help you with whatever you ask. The room is also very clean. Location is great! Two blocks from the beach and close to other popular neighborhoods like Pocitos and Cordón. Breakfeast is delicious.

Not a criticism but comment about expectations: This hotel is an excellent value, but the low price point requires the hotel to limit frills/extras. Everything essential is provided but if you need a lot of creature comforts or services, there are other options close by (but expect to pay more).

Excellent basic accommodation for value-conscious travelers. Safe neighborhood, well situated for walking (rambla, Parque de Villa Biarritz, Punta Carretas Shopping, cafes and restaurants), public transportation and much more. Comfortable, clean rooms with kitchenette, comfortable beds, TV, table and desk. Gym and sun deck on Floor 11. Breakfast area and work counter on ground level.

The private floor wifi did not work, and I had to go to the main floor if I wanted a private connection. The location is nice, but a bit far from the center of town. However, in general, a very good place to stay..

Had stayed here before. This time round, the toilet vase and bidet had sealants at their bases which appeared to be amateurish and leaking. That would explain the smell.

Cleaning - there was smelly rust from under the table which had a metal base. Internet signal was weak but was corrected.

My room was sparkling clean. The location .,.next door to Stella Artois ( best food ever), close to the beach, close to several great restaurants. Exceptional staff. I felt cared for.

Some water in the mini-bar would be nice. The shower was missing a tray to leave the soap/shampoo. Even tho the room looks nice, it was old and missing some finishing touches, not a big deal, but the price was a bit high for what it is.

Spacious room, comfy beds and great city views. The toilet is big and the shower pressure/temperature are great. Location it superb, and the staff was friendly.

Front desk staff was very indifferent and not friendly. The room was just and in need of repair. Not great value for money. Just a quick visit.

It is quite scruffy, old and quite neglected. Walls are made of paper so if you go to bed early, forget about sleeping until late night. I feel a lot of the problems of this hotel could be solved with bleach. Stained sheets - bleach, stained walls - bleach, dirty curtains - bleach, dirty air extractor - bleach.

Location is excellent, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Aircon works perfectly. Staff is very polite and helpful.
