Location OUTSTANDING !!! Really helpful and friendly staff. Facilities fine for me. Bike storage etc.

Excellent location. Beside the bus terminal and the 2 main beaches. Compared to the hotel prices in the area, it’s a great option for money value.

The location is the best part. Our room was as clean as someone could get it. The bed was comfortable....the mattress seemed new .

It's an old hotel that needs a lot of renovation. The carpet in our room seemed really old and kind of stinky. The toilet was wobbly and probably letting in the smell of some sewer gas too. If you book this place, just don't plan on luxury. It's fine for one night or two at the most.

Location was good, next to the bus station, close to the beaches , shops and restaurants. Staff were nice and friendly.

The main reason we chose this hotel was the location, and the price was good for being in Punta del Este.

Location next to the bus terminal was good because I had an early morning departure from town

The room was run down. There was plaster missing in the bathroom and the state of the shower ( pressure) along with the sink was not ideal.,

Mold in the bathroom, smelly shower curtain, the door to the room didn't lock.

The staff was kind and the location was good

The room smelled heavily like cigarettes, there were many broken and under repair things in the room. Very dangerous gap in the saircase. Will avoid to stay again.

kitchenette could be more fit for purpose

Guillermo was exceptionally kind on our arrival, he did everything to make us feel welcome after a long trip. The room is great, with a very comfortable bed, lots of storage to put our luggage and a big bathroom. The location is also outstanding, two blocs from "The Fingers" and at the beginning of the peninsula. Another thing that we liked is the small kitchen in the common area where we could get hot water and eat comfortably.

The room had a faint smell of humidity, but it wasn't strong and didn't bother us much.

I loved the location of the hotel, right at the bus terminal, so very convenient for travellers, especially those like me who don’t speak Spanish! The hotel staff deserve a special mention: the gentleman at the reception was too kind and warm, and so was the pretty lady! Special thanks to the gentleman for making me feel so welcome and for his kind mannerisms! The room was pretty, there was hot water, filter water apart from microwave and fridge, all in good condition and usable

The noise from the bus station next door. The property needs to be renovated.. The bathroom is falling apart an is old and moldy. Hot water is okay for short shower.

the hotel is location across the road from the bus station, so location is fine. It was great value for money, as Punta del Este is an expensive place to be, and this hotel was a great deal. Staff was nice and polite.

I got a visitor in the room, and the receptionist came to the room stating visitors were not allowed and we had to leave the room and go out. Despite this minor situation, I would defo come back is the same price was kept.

Pretty basic and aged hotel

Very helpful and kind staff, and the location is amazing! There is a microwave, kettle and some tables inside.

The hotel is very simple, there are no amenities like coffee or tea and no tables to sit outside. We booked with breakfast included but we were told afterwards that they do not offer breakfast at the time.

Simple and small hotel in excellent location right beside the bus terminal. Easy access to both beaches in Punta del Este. Friendly staff and good internet. Recommended!
