We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesStaff!! Difficult on check in and poor management response. I reserved 2 rooms, different names. My card held the reservation, we each presented cards upon check in and explained billing would be separate. There was no bill to review upon checkout, I was told there was no need. I was charged for both rooms - 2 nights, my friend was charged for her room also. Clearly an overcharge. I emailed management thru booking.com - it’s been a week and have zero response!

It is such a lovely hotel, beautiful interior, clean and pleasant, absolutely loved the design and the furnishings. I also loved the prime location right in the heart of Greenport cafe scene. I can’t wait to return in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities such as a garden and terrace in the hotel. I totally recommend it to anyone visiting NOFO and the wineries. I’m so happy to have discovered this lovely hotel in Greenport, which will hopefully become our go to place to spend the weekend.
