There was mold in the wall in the entryway in our room. Blotches of of fungus on the paint (or was it wall paper?).

I feel that you should update your rooms the rooms were nice but The Crown molding was coming off the room that we stayed in there was a little hole in the wall near the sink but other than that the hotel was very nice just need to update rooms

Rooms were average size to small and dark. only one fairly small window. Mattress lumpy and soft. Bathroom needed updated and was small. One sink. Towels were not thick and plush. We walked into the room for the first time in it was 60 degrees. It was a room heat/air unit to at kept flipping into cold mode. Felt good at night but not during the day.

Large pool and hot tub surrounded by glass. Spacious well lit lobby. Good breakfast included from the menu. Nice really hot shower.

the room that I was staying in the ceiling was coming apart, and there was crumbled up pieces of the ceiling on the floor. Dont have any pictures of it but it was room 200.

The wallpaper in my room near the ceiling was peeling off and it looked like there may have been a water leak, the ceiling was stained and it looked like there was some mold.

Everything was good but toilet was broken didn't know it till late that nite had to manually flush by sticking my hand down in tank pull up on chain til it flushed.

The bathrooms 100% need updating when I walked into the hotel room I knew this and during my stay my toilet overflowed so I had toilet water in my hotel room. I had to change rooms just middle of my trip when I was already comfortable in that room so it was a huge inconvenience to do at 10 o’clock at night when maintenance was called I feel like they could’ve done better other than bringing three towels… And the elevators are definitely very scary definitely need to be updated and upgraded

This Hotel was in a great location from everything and there was certain staff members that made our stay extremely exceptional specifically Kendall/Kimberly (Sorry not good with names) She was a great member of the staff who got us into a room even though we got there a day early. Pool and hot tub was cool. Breakfast staff was nice. Housekeeping staff could’ve been a bit more professional also maintenance staff.

Bar did not have basic stock. Bitters, maraschino cherries, some bottled beers were out of stock. this was on several visits, not just one. We checked in Thursday they couldn't accommodate our Saturday so we had to go to a different hotel in area for our final 4 days. they said Sunday - Wed were available but not Sat???? Upon check in the person at front desk might need some training in customer service. Granted it was a holiday week but she seemed perturbed. Said she used to be an auditor but customer service and administration take 2 separate skill sets.
