The "balcony" was not that, it was big enough to put a foot on, that was disappointing. The rooms could use a major update.

The location was perfect. The rooms were plenty big and the kitchen was set up very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. we were oceanfront and the view was amazing.

Elevators were out of order daily the whole week, room wasn’t cleaned well upon arrival (hairs everywhere, a dental floss thing left on side table, screen slide door was broken).

One elevator was broke all but one day. Waiting took forever sometimes 10 mins. Booked a room with queen size bed and pull out sofa. The bed was a full size so very poor job on that matter. We took our 4 year old with us we walked in the room and a facing piece on one of the drawers, which was head high for my toddler was broke off and no one thought to take the nails out after. Husband took a picture immediately and went down stairs no one offered to fix it either. Husband had to take the nails out to protect our child and us to not be injured on our trip.

The privacy was good. Smoking allowed on the front balcony very nice. The tub was a jet tub which I have a bad back so excellent feature.

You pay for an ocean front balcony room, but there is NO BALCONY. It’s literally big enough for a toddler to step on. It’s a little outdated especially if you’re paying over a $1,000 dollars for 3 nights.

It’s close to strip and pier. Night time all the bums come out walking the boardwalk on the beach. Other than that it was a good trip.

Disappointed was only standing ledge balcony instead of balcony area to sit and enjoy. We would not have booked if we had caught this lacking feature.

The outside and lobby were kind of janky. There was a hole in a ceiling that leaked when it rained and our phone didn’t work. When I told staff they didn’t do anything to fix either issue. The riptide bar was next door and you could hear the music booming through the night as well as loud cars and trucks on the strip. Our door out to the “balcony” didn’t lock and felt unsafe with a 1 year old.

It was in a convenient location, and had a parking garage less than a block away. For the most part the room/facility was clean, the room was nice. The tub was very nice. They provided paper towels, and dish liquid and a sponge for cleaning as well as dish detergent for the dish washer.

The room was outdated which is fine but smelled of mold when you walked in. The roof had black mold on it and pieces peeling from the ceiling. Also where the bunk beds were the ceiling was peeling off. Bathroom shower rail held on by a string and if you pulled too hard the entire curtain fell off. I didn't complain we were at the beach and doing things most of the time so just saying how our room looked.

Ofcourse its beachside so you cant beat the location and the view. Also enough space for all of us. Basically like a small 1 bedroom apartment.

House keeping doesn’t come unless you request it. Not used to that. Loading and unloading is quite small very hard to maneuver large vehicles especially if lot is full.

It was close to the pier. Walking distance to the things we enjoy. Quiet not a lot of noise. Enjoyed listening to the music next door. Very spacious had everything we needed and didn’t even know it.

The building needs remodeling badly, Our AC went out, but later came back on, The ice machine in fridge dose not work. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. There was no can opener. We could not work the TV in master bedroom because the remote that was there was not for that TV, so we could not turn TV off, change channels etc.
