Beautiful view, clean room, spacious bathroom. Staff were super friendly and excited for our experience to see the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere (which is just a short walk with direct access from the Wynn). The hotel is gorgeous. Great relaxing pool vibe, great restaurants. This is my third time staying at the Wynn, favorite place to stay in Vegas.

- Downside is that you have to walk through the casino to get to the front desk and the casino is full of smokers - One of the front desk was unhelpful when i wanted to check regarding the parking ticket as I was approaching him because he waved but then he said to wait in line then he went inside. Not cool. - The ac is a bit hot for me - The hotel is extremely crowded

- The hotel is huge - So many food options - Around 15-20 min walk to the sphere so location is great - Parking is easy during weekdays not sure about weekends

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find hidden charges on my bill, including a charge from a restaurant I never visited. I tried multiple times to contact the front desk to resolve the issue, but it was never properly addressed. As a visitor on vacation without a U.S. mobile number, it was especially difficult and inconvenient to spend time trying to clarify the matter. I had hoped for a smoother and more responsive experience. I hope you’ll consider reviewing these charges and improving the communication process for future guests.

Overall, my stay was comfortable and the facility was great — I especially enjoyed the beautiful view. However, I was disappointed to see unexpected charges on my bill, including one from a restaurant I didn’t even visit. I tried several times to reach the front desk to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it wasn’t addressed.

I don’t understand how 15$ can be justified for a bottle of beer. The prices to eat and drink in the hotel are absolutely ridiculous. No value whatsoever and not sustainable.

The only downside we experienced was with the shower. The water pressure was extremely high, and the spray felt very sharp on the face and body. For my four-year-old child, it was really uncomfortable and almost unbearable, and even for me, it wasn’t enjoyable. I think the showerhead should have a softer flow with more comfortable water pressure, so the experience matches the otherwise perfect standards of the hotel.

We stayed at the Wynn Las Vegas and everything about the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very modern. The atmosphere feels luxurious in every detail, from the rooms to the common areas, and the staff service was excellent. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of.

There were a lot of small children at the pool and it would be great to have an adult only area for some quiet.

It was beautiful and elegant as far as Vegas goes. Room was huge and spotless. The location is ideal if you are attending a concert at the Sphere. The pool areas was lovely too.

Shower head as it was fixed to the wall, I like an option for a handheld to avoid getting my hair wet! Poolside snacks/drinks quite expensive but what do you expect, it’s vegas! Also I would have loved an ice latte!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the cigarette smoke, but I do know that when you’re in casinos and their people gambling they do smoke. I just don’t like cigarette smoke. That’s the only thing I wasn’t happy about well and also again that a lot of the restaurants on the property close early.

I love they were shopping on the premises from High and designers to ready to wear designers. I love that the restaurants were wonderful unfortunately I did have one issue that Red eight unfortunately closed at 10 PM but we ended up having dinner at Pisces and it was absolutely incredible so I guess it was meant to be honestly, but I love the flower arrangement. I love the smell following through certain areas it was vastly entertaining.
