Bed was made but Sheets were not changed and trashed not picked up one day. The makeup mirror in our room did not work and when I went to move it the mirror shocked the hell out of me. Must be a short inside of it.

I reserved a handicapped accessible room. I was given a non-handicapped accessible room located the absolute farthest point away from the elevator you could possibly get, on the 2nd floor. There were 10 or 15 cars in the parking lot; its not as if they were booked solid or anything. I was also given instructions on how to take my luggage up "only 4 stairs" through a door that had no exterior handle. I parked near the elevator anyway. Its usually a great place to stay. Im not sure where the disconnect was. Maybe its because I don't appear to be handicapped. Heart issues aren't visible.

The places where the food, bar, pool, spa were to far from most rooms. Need a new parking lot. If you wanted room service, you can order, but you have to pick it up yourself.

The sink did not drain, repairman came, dumped some chemicals which really didn’t work. I wish he could remove the trap, take the things in there to unclog the drain.

Tavern Bites was nice, but only one waitress. Service was very slow. Having said that, the waitress was working the best she could. The pool area needs some cleaning.

The A/C didn't work in our room and it never got below 76°

We were unable to charge our phones as the USB plugs were turned off. In addition, the TV remote needed to be replaced but we did not pursue it until checkout.

The decor of the whole place was very modern in a way we really liked. The room was a good size with all necessary items and an artisitic mirror above the headboard. Dinner was plentiful and tasty. The breakfast bar had all one could ask for including lot of fresh fruit. (Unfortunately the omelette post was not manned this morning.) The staff was super friendly and ready to assist.

The facilities are starting to show wear. The grout in the shower of our unit needed to be scrubbed. The hallways did not smell fresh but had a chemical smell, and our unit smelled musty.

The grounds are beautiful. The tavern is very good for food and drinks, and the breakfast buffet and dining room are excellent. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, the shower curtain smelled of mildew, the bathroom vent had dirt clogging it and there was no microwave

The keurig machine was missing a piece to allow it to work, and even though we told the attendant they never fixed it.

The sink in our room did not drain properly. We had already unpacked and alerted the staff the next morning. We are confident that the problem was corrected, but there was evidence in the sink when we arrived that there was a problem. A second check after cleaning the rooms would have solved that. The facilities are very cool...and the location wonderful. Some new flooring in the elevators would improve the looks quite a bit. We will stop again in yhe future. 😊

The breakfast was really nice served in a room with big windows overlooking the hotel picturesque property, great variety of food. Unfortunately the waiter was rude, didn't let us sit by the window and forced us to sit closer to the bar / catering area...it was probably convenient for her to not walk a few feet to clean up after us....she also suggested to give her tips either in cash or charged on the room (no other options, lol) Other than that our stay was nice.
