I would like a large magnifying mirror in the bathroom in the disability apartment we rented.

Staff friendly and helpful, I also like the daily activities available, The coffee cart in lobby sells superior coffee and the female employee is so friendly and joyful. It was a pleasure to interact with her every morning. We love the location also which is close Resorts Casino and Boardwalk.

Room design could have flowed better, e.g., the closet was in the bathroom instead of the bedroom. Although this is a non-smoking facility, the smell of "skunk pot" prevailed in the hallways and elevators.

Second time coming to this location for my birthday three years apart and everything was the same. I loved every bit of it. My mom was so excited to be there took pictures of everything. Staff was amazing. The pool and a Jacuzzi was the best the theater great loved everything about it.

I Love the property the staff seems to have problems. They swiped my card then told me there were no rooms yet they had to clean then I get into the room and it’s dust everywhere as if it’s been empty for weeks.

When Ever I come out to the Resort I always have an Amazing time to relax. I got here early and the staff made me sit in the lobby for 3 hours and said I can go shopping until the room was ready mind you when I got up to the room everything was dusty as if it was empty for weeks. I’m not sure why I had a problem I’ve been coming here for 8 years they make me feel as if I’m not welcome anymore. So sad.

The hotel was very noisy with people in the hallways waiting for lifts, which were often a 10 to 15 min wait. The air-conditioning units were very loud and released a lot of water onto the balcony. Couldn't sleep with them on as too loud. It's a party place, so lots of drunk guests partying with music late at night. A shame as the hotel rooms and amenities were very good.

We loved the suite. Very clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great. The suite had a balcony, and being on a higher floor, we had excellent ocean views. The bed was super comfy. Free laundry facilities in the building were much appreciated. Nice pool and outside sun lounge area. We also took advantage of the games room while doing laundry. The location was good walking distance from the beach. Staff were very friendly. The self parking was good. A welcome pack of a generous amount of coffee was appreciated.

That parking wasn’t included in the price and they only had one level that would fit trucks (most of the time there wasn’t anything available for my truck, so I had to park across the street where they had extra parking ). Besides that everything was great

I didn't like the police activity at night, there's a lot of homeless people and drug activity near by, like I could see it just by sitting at the balcony. I also didn't like the fact that the cleaning crew never knock on my door to ask if we need it anything, we were there for three nights and not even once the cleaning crew came into the room to clean.

The suite was clean and spacious, it was well equipped for cooking and to also relax in the living room.

There needs to be an eatery on the premises.

The room was spacious and beautiful, very clean. The toiletries were good quality and smell. I loved the balcony view with my morning coffee. Everyone we encountered on the premises were very courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

The elevators are still a issue with us, and in the laundry room clothes were left in the machines we had two staff members who did help us to remove clothes from the washing machine, but when it came time for the dryer, they were gone we asked a security guard for help. He got on his walkie while in the laundry room and turned around and told us that staff members aren’t allowed to remove items from the machine that’s when I showed him the sign on your wall in the laundry room stating that staff members can remove items that were left in the machines for a long period of time he looked at the sign and then just walked away.

My family and I love the suite and the property location.
