What an incredible find this residence in Pagosa Springs is! We chose the apartment, and let me tell you, the price-service ratio is unbeatable! It’s like having a home away from home, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable! Nestled in the heart of the golf course, families of deer and Canadian geese will surround you, all set in a lush, green paradise! We are absolutely coming back!

Only thing I wish is that they would have let us know that it was a fire going on because I have really bad asthma only have one lung and that shorted my time of being outside trying to sightsee and go do things because of the fire it was so smoky and if you open the windows or doors the smoke was coming in and it triggered my asthma to make me have a asthma attack other than that it was really nice I just wish the host or whoever was in charge could have let us know that it was a fire going on before I initially came so that I could decide if I still wanted to come with the fire going on

Love the view of the lake and very convenient for you if you love to fish so I did love that would definitely be back The house is really clean and when I need maintenance to come out and do some things that needed to be done they came right away really great experience

I can't find a thing not to like.

It is a great community to stay in while enjoying peace and quiet. I have stayed many times and always enjoy the comfort and location to the town of Pagosa.

The Pagosa Springs location so lifted my expectations of a Wyndham location that I can easily be disappointed in other Wyndham locations. I am currently at one in Columbus, Montana which is a sad situation!

That the room was up 2 flights of stairs, but that was my fault since I didn't ask about that when booking.

There was no hot water. When I inquired about it I was told they were at capacity so hot water wasn't available. Can't imagine what that means for Winter guests.

This place is immaculate. The grounds, the rooms, the area is very well maintained. This was probably one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at

Everything was great except for the pool it was over ran with little kids with no supervision doing whatever they wanted we stayed four nights and tried to enjoy the hot tub 3 separate occasions and they were all ruined by kids jumping in the hot tub and screaming extremely loud other than that everything was great

The fan was noisy washer dryer combo isnt my favorite of all time but was ok.

I like how close to town and affordable! kitchen was good for saving money on meals. Grocery stores were close by check out was easy mattress had a seal on it.

Unable to get any cold water out of the taps. Used the oven and a strong smell of gas, which we reported.
