It was a minor frustration that the lazy river only had about half of the max floating tubes and they were always taken so we never got to really float on the lazy river.

We loved the family friendly atmosphere and the ease of access to the beach and the many pool choices.

It was really big, elevators were slow, the amenities bracelets didn’t always work, it was very crowded. Not enough chairs at the out door pool.

All the amenities, the room we stayed in was nice and roomy, being right on the beach.

Beds were hard, linens were stiff and uncomfortable, no shower gel, soap bars were old, and crumbled. No dish washing liquid and no dish washer powder.

It was kind of pricey considering they did not even supply coffee and when I asked the front desk they said they couldn’t bring g any in addition no dish soap I asked for some but they never brought it

Was given the wrong room. I purchased a stay with ocean front view and 2 queen beds. I was told at check-in they don’t guarantee ocean front rooms. I was given a room with a king size bed with a pull out couch. The refrigerator wasn’t turned on, the toilet didn’t flush and I fixed it myself.

Easy access to the beach. Indoor pool was great.

The room was outdated and not taken care of. The shower was dingey, and the beds were super hard. Curtains had not been cleaned in some time. I understand that not a full stripping of curtains is typically done, but at least a spot cleaning where the balcony is used would suffice. For the price, it could definitely be renovated.

Great location for fireworks and if you want to walk around. Kids loved the pools and other activities offered. Amazing view if you are ocean front.

The only downfall is the wyndham sell on the property. I did not sign up for a presentation and paid full price, but when I checked in, I was told it was only 1.5 hours it took 3 hours of my time.

The location was wonderful. You have everything within walking distance. And the views oceanfront were amazing. The amenities in the resort are great for kids and adults. Great fir families.

No valet??? Always had it before??? Was forced to change parking garages after I was told to park in the other one??? And then there's the elevators that seem to be periodically completely insufficient. It's like they shut a couple down just to piss people off? Yeah I know it gets busy but they keep up pretty well during busy times. Seems to be the lesser busy times they'll make you wait up to 10-15 minutes for one??? Love the location but for the price, better get the valet back and elevators on a better algorithm because both will cause me to go to the Hilton or Regency right next door.

It’s a “resort” so they want you to sit through a presentation to buy in, and no wasn’t an option. I get it sales, but still aggravating.

Being pressured about the timeshare when we went to try to get our wristbands.

I loved the fact that there are multiple place right in walking distance and that everything was available while we were there.

Didn’t like the push for the tour. Wasn’t interested. Also could not get a chair by the pool because people leave their towels all day even when they aren’t there. We brought our own and was chased out by security telling us it was only for paying guests. Pretty sure we paid just like everyone else.

Pools were cold, not enough lounge chairs to accommodate guests and staff allowed people to save chairs for hours even though there is a sign posted that you cannot do that. Annoying.

The pool heaters were only partially working making it too cold to swim. The he hot tubs were overrun with children even when one had a sign for over 14 only. I did not know this was time share and had a long checking process with a sales pitch. Good if you like huge resorts but a bit too big for me.

The Location was excellent. Very walkable. The Kitchen was well equipped and made eating cheaper. The Room size made it comfortable for a family not to be cramped The Beach right out front was fantastic. The pools and hot tubs had potential.

For a group going you only have one parking spot for 4 plus people. We booked for 5 people and only had one king and a pull out couch. The one front desk lady was rude to the people in front of us checking in. She wasn't friendly last time we stayed there before. Everyone else was super nice.

The location is great parking guards were super nice.
