I had no issues.

The location of the Resort was the perfect amount of distance from the strip. The strip is walking distance, but nice to be away from the music and lights at night. The room were extremely spacious, and had plenty of kitchenware for the complete duration of our stay. No hidden fees, except for the deposit that is due at the Resort, but you get it back several days after your stay. I didn't get a chance to check out the bar/pool area, but it looked extremely nice and relaxing. Would definitely come back for another stay.

House keeping can be a bit better. Bottles of body wash in both bathrooms were empty. There was a pitcher of water in the refrigerator that was left from the previous guest.

Location was great. It was very easy to get in and out also closed to where I needed to go. I love the 2 bedroom setup where a king size bed in one room and 2 full size beds in the other. The entire suit was nice, roomie, and bright.

Everyone was so kind and friendly, the property was also exceptionally clean. Overall the place was so awesome! I can’t wait to take my sisters I am sure they will absolutely love it, especially with all the activities there are to do.

Catching you off guard trying to sell you their pitch to take the “tour” and offering free stuff. Take $40 from you if you don’t show up but not ever explaining if it’s mandatory or not. Guess we should’ve asked more questions but they don’t really let you process it fast enough.

Great location, very clean, gorgeous rooms. Housekeeping was very polite and helpful. Check in person was friendly and helpful. The person who tried to sign us up for the meeting in exchange for free show tickets was friendly until we declined. We had to tell them “no thank you” 4 times. The last thing we wanted was to be hassled after a long flight. For that reason, we unfortunately won’t stay here again.

Didn’t like the fact that it’s a timeshare property and you’re pushing to go to one of their meetings. Also, you had to pay for that. It would be nice just to come and stay and not be pressured.

Having to physically come to the hotel to see if we could check in early. I called around 2pm after arriving in Vegas at 10:00 am and had been carrying our luggage and toddlers around for hours. When I called to see about early check in. I was told I needed to come there but there was no guarantee I’d be able to check in. I said I’m not gonna load up, unload and possibly be turned away. That was a let down

We really did not spend a lot of time on the property as our trip was only two days and we packed a lot into the two days. Overall the room was accommodating and clean

Everything. Hotel is family friendly. All conveniences onsite. Public transportation is 10-15 mins walk. Strip access is 15 mins walk. The area is well lit with many persons walking around. It is safe and clean. WiFi was strong, ac, water pressure excellent. Great place for a good stay. We enjoyed our stay!
