The rooms were shabby and run down. It was like a different hotel once you left the lobby. No handsoap in the bathroom.

The room was humid even with the AC cranking out cold air. Everything felt damp. Dont know if the weather or the pool contributed to the humid feel. Unable to change rooms. The hotel was sold out that night and i was only there one night.

Pool was little Is rowdy this time with a lot of kids. (Teenage boys). Rough in the water. Hard for others to enjoy. We all made do cause it's not always like that.

Breakfast is always good. Would like to see waffles next time. Great Place to Stay!

The shower head in the bathroom in my room is very old and needs updating.

The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress, pillows and comforter gave me the best sleep I've had in a long time.The breakfast was nice and a decent variety of items. The pool area is very pretty and comfortable. Glad the room had a microwave,keurig and mini refrigerator.

We were put in a handicapped room. It was not expected and not as equipped for non- handicapped people like us. I did like it on the 1st floor. I wouldn’t recommend putting guests in that room without fair warning of its handicapped nature.

This hotel is outdated. The room smelled like cigarette. Overall was fine. Just outdated and seems like people reside there on an extended stay.

I would suggest an option for adult swim at night without kids; maybe the last hour. Unfortunately for us, there was a cheer comp going on during our stay so the pool was loaded with kids the entire time. We also were travelling for a wedding and the wedding said there was supposed to be an after party type event at Fenders until midnight, but the bar closed at 10 and we had to move our party. We went out to the pool area since our family had several rooms there, we were kicked out for being too loud and told to go to the lobby. We went out to the lobby, where there were already a ton of people taking up all of the seating options, so we were again moved to another location. I think this could've been handled differently, and there should've been more communication with the bar to stay open to accommodate our wedding party. It resulted in many people heading to bed much earlier than anticipated and we missed out on time to spend with family members we do not get to see very often.
