The hotel didn’t supply enough wash cloths and towels. When asked for additional linens it was like they were rationing because they didn’t have enough to accommodate all guests.

Issues with keys when we checked in. They made the most of it but it made the lobby chaotic with people complaining, etc.

Getting the luggage cart in and out through the door is tough for one person alone, but it’s great that they have the carts. Only one elevator was working and it appears the second one is frequently out of order. This can cause delays although there are stairs available.

The location is convenient to both interstates 81 and 83, without being too close. Check in and out was fast. The staff was helpful. There’s a Mexican restaurant across the parking lot that offers a large selection of authentic Mexican foods.

The limited buffet breakfast was not worth the cost. They did not have a working card key maker so we had to use a “security” card and return it. That was a bit inconvenient.

The pool was not available, and one of the elevators was broken. Also, the walls seem to be very thin in the room that I was staying in and could hear the people in the next room. I would’ve liked to have had a microwave in the room.

The staff at this hotel was so lovely and helpful! I was traveling through Harrisburg on the last leg of my cross-country move to New York, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with so much kindness. The next morning, a truck hit an electrical pole nearby that knocked the power out to multiple buildings, including the hotel, and they quickly ensured each guest was taken care of. One of the staff escorted me to my room to make sure my keys worked and even helped me carry my heavy suitcase down, since the elevator was not working. This was totally out of their control, yet they quickly rectified it as best as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good location; a 10 or 15 minute shuttle ride from Harrisburg airport, and a nice restaurant right next door. The room design is fresh and inviting. I liked the long desk surface in front of the window, and good window shades to block out the light. Nice to have the airport shuttle available any time of day or night.

They waited to tell me that there was an extra 150 fee that they tell you will get back in 24 hours but it's been 4 days and the 150 is still not back in my account. The bathroom door didn't lock or close it was a sliding door.

The complimentary tea and coffee is 2$ each. The breakfast was a joke for 16$. Overcooked bacon Overcooked sausage a sad looking omelette and waffle. Just not worth 16$. Make the breakfast free and the place would be a 10

1. Air conditioner was too Loud even on low mode. 2. Towels were not replenished for my suite before or when I checked in. 3. The breakfast should've been compt given the price of the room. 4. No outside food or beverages were permitted in the hotel lobby or pool side. 5. Advised the front desk of spill in front of the elevator entrance on my floor and it took 9 hours before it was responded to.
