The only thing I dislike is the valet parking and price I think it is a little pricier than it needs to be.

Everything was clean and organized I like that it had amenities and multiple elevators to move large groups of people quickly

Cable in rooms that Roku stick I had just couldn’t get connectivity

I liked the location how classy and grand the hotel was, with a bar on the first level and a restaurant on the 25th floor really convenient

The bathroom wall paper was pilling. The toilet would run for some time after flushing it. And in order to make the room cooler you had to turn the air all the way to freezing.

Check in/ check out was fast! The staff were nice! And valet was pretty quick too taking all of us out of town people were leaving at the same time!! I like the hotel was close to the people finder as well!

Really, the only was that even with 4 elevators, we still waited forever for one, sometimes even having to push the button a second time to get something to come.

The room was clean, nicely set up, and pretty spacious. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly. A nice walk to Ford field and comerica Park as well as shops on the way! We were very satisfied with our stay.

First, the bathroom doors are glass, and I believe this applies to the entire hotel, not just the 21st floor. Secondly, when I asked about the availability of rooms on the 24th floor, they said yes but when I arrived, they told me they were full and that they would move us the next day, but they didn't. This is somewhat disappointing, not so much because they didn't, but because they lied to me.

It's a wonderful, upscale hotel with many amenities. It's true that it's a bit pricey and most amenities require separate payment such as breakfast, parking, etc. However, they have a respectful and well-trained staff, something we didn't experience in two other hotels during our trip. I booked 3 rooms for 6 consecutive days

It wasn’t straightforward to book at the hotel restaurant on the top floor, so we ate somewhere else

We had a room on the 5th floor and a wonderful view of the river and Canada.

Actually pleasantly surprised, expected the place to show some ware, Bravo to the staff it looks well tended. If I was going to be picky, check the attachment of the wall paper, a little peeling.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Extremely patient with us(couldnt make up our minds on the room.) Jazzy got us an excellent compromise.

Parking was a bit of a pain. Even finding where the valet was turned out to be tricky. It was pricey, but it was a downtown hotel.

Staff was great, and it is certainly right in the thick of things downtown.

The elevator was extremely slow. So slow that several groups of guests were waiting at the elevators for over 16 minutes and most of us decided to take 17 flights of stairs and still got down before the group that was waiting.

Wonderful hospitality. Exceptionally clean. Perfect location.

The property is old, so the rooms are a bit small. Also, our air would go on and off so we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. The bathroom was tiny and the tub was very old, that when you showered the water would not drain.

The staff was more than pleasant and helpful.

The hotel did not offer breakfast as a part of the rate. It would be excellent to have it, is comfortable, easy, and very helpful for customers
