Refill the espresso station in the room. It was not refilled when the room was cleaned (espresso, sugar, & cream)

Room Servive did not clean coffee cups for the 3 day stay. We had to ask for coffee and cups which never arrived. They only cleaned the bed area not the sitting area.

- good location in the financial district: calm in the evening, grocery stores available and lots of places to eat at near wall street (about 10-15min by foot) - the room was big: enough area for the luggages (+full wardrobe available, iron) - staff really nice and helpful if needed - lounge area on the groundfloor with coffee/tea/refillable water - you can leave your luggage for free at reception

Small negative was bars of soap in shower room find this a waste where liquid soap like the shampoo /conditioner and body lotion would be more cost effective

Extremely friendly staff, room upgrade a bonus, wonderful view of 9/11 memorial garden, delayed flight / taxi transfer meant only managed a drink at the rooftop bar, but views again amazing 24/7 tea/ coffee / water provided in reception lounge Well situated, walkable to all lower Manhatten sites + subway and PATH, weekend so area very quiet and peacful

I haven't stayed in NYC before. So I took a gamble on location. This spot was pretty good for access to Wall st, and the liberty statue tours. The highlight for me was the Irish pub around the corner O'Hara's. great place, culture and staff. some good pints and chat in there. The subway up to Midtown is quite straight forward. next to the World trade centre memorial

The NYPD has a parking lot right there under the park, but you can't really do anything about it. It just cuts off easier access to the hotel I feel. But that's absolutely not the hotels fault. I've probably stayed at this property a dozen times, I DO feel like the elevators are getting a bit slower, but the good news is you have access to all 4 no matter it it's Club Quarters or World Center. You maybe won't be blown away by everything, but if you're a simple going guest like me? It's all you need.

Recent room was amazing, but had no view...except into other apartments. But like I said, the room was great with a kitchen. I feel like I got above what I paid for, or have had to pay for rooms with a kitchen. I'm more upset at myself for only using it one night. Location is fine with me, I've stayed here probably almost a dozen times, but it is a bit of an annoying walk from the hotel to the Subway or go a bit around to the WTC. It's short, but a bit annoying. Not enough to deter me from them obviously. A few extra steps? Got to be a good sign that that is my biggest complaint. The free water bottles are what I love most (maybe I'm easy to please?) But I grab 2 before I leave and don't have to walk up to a vendor that is 50/50 on cool water, or charging $7 for them. I will also say the street vendor at their opposite corner has never ripped me off. I'll take a properly priced hot water dog any day over $10 dogs in Times Square. I don't care if your name is Nathans, you can't justify the $7 difference there.

I was promised a room by booking . Com an was giving another had to dispute an wasn’t accommodated because there were book bad experiences with reservations with booking next time go direct to to hotel disappointed

House keeping came round about 4.00 pm as we were getting ready to go out for the evening. That’s the only gripe I have with this hotel!

Fantastic location for us subway just up the road to go uptown or downtown ! Quiet which suited us fine a very short walk to world trade centre! Definitely stay again

I have asked for a quiet room days in advance, in the end we had a room next to the technical room they have on every floor it was incredibly noisy room, vibrating from the technical machines. We had to change the hotel in the end.

housekeeping never came once to my room the whole time I was there and I was out from 10am and returned at 6m each day sightseeing
