We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room had roaches and there were worms on the wall by the fridge . The room smelled horrible. Also the first room we got the burners on the stove were on high when we open door . It was so hot in the room. Also if you pay with cash you have to have exact or you will not get your change back. They do not carry cash.

I really like it but wene someone that works here and in charge makes you feel they don’t want you here at the hotel I think that’s wrong and to juge you write wene they see you before really getting to know you that’s wrong to, and I don’t know if it’s wrong or right but me and my husband have been staying here for at least three or four weeks already and we’ve been paying and all of a sudden we’re asked to leave a certain day because she’s already got all her rooms booked when she knows that every night we book a room and then we pay the next day that’s how we’re able to pay but we do pay but I guess we have to leave we’re not annoyed to people or wrong people. We just minor own business and stay in our room and we have our two little puppies and yes, we pay pet deposit and we pay that pet fee every day, but that’s the only thing I didn’t like about here. and the bad thing about it is she knows we have nowhere to go and right now we’re living here at the motel but just like we found here we can find another one but thank you. Have a good day.
