Location

Looks nice from Exterior ONLY but very run down with extremely strong odor of bleach and cleaning solutions to mask the old carpet odor. The room had the same unlivable strong odor with very old furnitures. Couldn't stay due to the strong odor and had to find another 'hotel". This was definitely not a hotel suites but more of a extended stay MOTEL status.

My booking was handed to someone else and I had to retry at another location in the middle of the night on foot walking.

Dont' act like I didn't go to check in and there was no vacancy. I had to look for a hotel at 3AM 3hen I arrived to Austin TX. Not only was that not safe, I am highly disappointed and will never use you again.

Someone kept knocking at my windows at all hours I was on the first floor it made me feel unsafe I left at 4 away to this

We did not even check in, the appearance and smell of sewer led us off to find other arrangements.

I had been mistakenly was misinformed on the name. So when arriving and seeing the homeless living in front in drainage ditch along with smell and buzzer locked door in order to enter to room area. NOT WHERE I wanted to spend my wkend.

It’s smell like smoke on the 3floor underneath the mattress was dirty. No extra towels or extra pillows . no iron or ironing board .

Honestly don't remember anything I liked.

Unfortunately check in was bad. I had no idea that there is no receptionist after 11pm. I called the 590 number and no one picked up. I had to call through booking to see if someone could help me. After 40 mins of waiting 7 was able to get inside my room.

Room was clean upon arrival. Rebecca at the front desk is very kind and helpful, as were other staff members. Large fridge and kitchenette good for extended stays. Laundry machines work (unlike other hotels in area), which was great for extended stay.

To clarify, not perfect, but good value for price. I stayed for several weeks, but room went over 2 weeks without cleaning towards the end. I should have asked the staff to schedule a cleaning but did not. Lobby and elevator smell like wet dog for the duration of my stay (there were dogs staying there), but staff does their best to keep it clean on a daily basis.

There was a really bad odor immediately entering the hotel. The room was very uncomfortable and there was a homeless camp right as you look out the window. The room also had a bad chemical type odor. I could not even stay and ended up leaving and booking another room somewhere else.

There was nobody at the front desk when I got there. It was completely shut down so I was never able to get into a room there that night after I had already made the reservation online. 😡😡🤬🤬

Front desk person was polite

I made my reservation ans that no means they will have the room available. That is what the front desk told me because when he checked i didn't stayed. Not room available!

the card reader was not work properly I was charged 6 times for the payment

Room came with a stove and microwave and sink, which was great for the meal ingredients I packed for my road trip. Staff was very friendly.

Bathroom door didn't totally or lock in the room, but I was traveling alone so this was no concern for me.

Price and location was good

There was hair behind the faucet in the shower and mold growth above the shower. Also stains on comforter. The smell of the entire facility was bad. I stayed in a WoodSpring at a different location and loved it but will not stay at one in Austin again.
