To clarify, not perfect, but good value for price. I stayed for several weeks, but room went over 2 weeks without cleaning towards the end. I should have asked the staff to schedule a cleaning but did not. Lobby and elevator smell like wet dog for the duration of my stay (there were dogs staying there), but staff does their best to keep it clean on a daily basis.

Room was clean upon arrival. Rebecca at the front desk is very kind and helpful, as were other staff members. Large fridge and kitchenette good for extended stays. Laundry machines work (unlike other hotels in area), which was great for extended stay.

All rooms have window units. Our window unit really didn't cool the room like it should. I know Texas heat isn't something that window units can battle. But ours didn't even blow very hard. We ended up bringing fans. Since there are window units, that means the bathroom doesn't cool unless the door is wide open. Also, if you are cooking & it gets smokey, the whole room gets smoke cause the vent over the stove doesn't really go anywhere.

We liked that the staff were so accommodating & flexible. I just had a total knee replacement & I booked a room that was accessible. The gentleman who checked us in asked if I needed the room. When I told him the situation, he was very empathetic. The other staff have been super AH-MAZING. The ladies up front are so awesome!

There was quite a bit we didn't like. The morning of our checkout there was a housekeeping lady who was yelling on the phone for 2 hrs out in the hallway and didn’t let us sleep. The showerhead was broken and water would come out of it from the side, which poured onto the floor outside the tub. We couldn't take proper showers because of this and were limited to the water coming out of the bottom spigot. Not to mention this is a huge safety hazard as someone could have slipped and fallen on the wet floor. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was gross. The toiletries provided were extremely limited - only one bar of soap and one shampoo bottle (no conditioner, lotion, or second bar of soap were provided like every other hotel I've stayed in). There were also no hand or face towels, no tissues, no blackout curtains (no curtains at all - just blinds), no do not disturb sign, no mirror besides the one in the bathroom, and no hangers in the "closet" (it was more like an armoire without the doors). The room itself didn't look bad at first glance but overall my experience staying here was definitely one of the worst I've ever had at any hotel. For $140 a night I was really expecting more, especially because these are "suites" (I have stayed in much nicer suites which were also cheaper).

Looks nice from Exterior ONLY but very run down with extremely strong odor of bleach and cleaning solutions to mask the old carpet odor. The room had the same unlivable strong odor with very old furnitures. Couldn't stay due to the strong odor and had to find another 'hotel". This was definitely not a hotel suites but more of a extended stay MOTEL status.

I had been mistakenly was misinformed on the name. So when arriving and seeing the homeless living in front in drainage ditch along with smell and buzzer locked door in order to enter to room area. NOT WHERE I wanted to spend my wkend.

We did not even check in, the appearance and smell of sewer led us off to find other arrangements.
