Noise levels, guess more like live in suites than hotel but appreciate the one night Stay served purpose and price

I had roaches come out while I was cooking! I understand roaches can breed fast so I'm not judging.Just hope they get bait for them .The bathroom light was motion censored so it kept going out while in the bathtub.

I liked the kitchen and laundry room.

We could only have 2 towels for three travelers. We were gone most of the day on Saturday, when we returned, our NON SMOKING room reeked of cigarettes. It was almost like someone had been in the room smoking. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes the next morning. The ventilation may need some work.

The bathroom smelt like a cat litter box. Couldn't even brush teeth or get ready in there it stunk so bad. Barely could stand to go to restroom it was so bad

kids jumping on the floor when on the bottom floor, received a handicap room when I did not request for one. when take a shower all the water was on the floor

the staff said at first that my room with two beds was not available and then the last night I was there my key didn’t work and they charged me an after hours fee even tho it wasn’t my fault the key didn’t work

The front desk is closed between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. The lack of supervision led to strangers standing in the doorway acting as if their keys didn't work to get in, and the first floor hallways smelled like smoke from other guest smoking weed in their rooms. I had my daughter and her friends over but had to take them back to their hotel because I didn't feel safe. I would suggest security at this location.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is very friendly.

The 115 dollar fee i had to pay for two dogs for two nights that was way to high that our room had dried up dog poop on the floor that was not cleaned and that when we got there the room was already paid for and they charged us again then told us we would get a refund which we have not received to this day also the guy who checked us in was rude and took 40 minutes just to check us in

Very basic. Just 2 pcs of towels provided for a family of 4. Phone in the room not working, guests cannot reach the front desk. Only 1 little soap in the bathroom, no toiletries provided.

Room was spacious. Clean but check in time was unreasonable when we had to be at a funeral viewing like 3 hours later. With 4 adults and one shower it was hectic.

There were people partying outside of my window till very late at night I had to be up at 6:00 a.m. the next morning for work I asked the staff to please ask them to move away from my window and they never did. Very disappointed
