There was an intermittent beeping sound somewhere on the floor, which was a bit annoying. The rooms did not have carpet, which was unusual and caused them to feel somewhat loud. The bed was also very squeaky.

Staff was kind, and the check in process was very smooth despite arriving past 11pm. The room was adequate and decent value. Room was reasonably cheap.

The outside of the building but the inside look old. The smell of the room was stale and stuffy.

I didn't like there were no pots and pans, no spatulas or spoons and I didn't think to travel with that stuff. I also didn't like my rooms cleanliness there was body hair on the wall in the shower. I didn't like no pool, no spa, and just a so so shower in the room. I didn't like no dresser for my clothes when it's extended stay, if I'm going to be somewhere for a week I like to put my clothes away

I requested a room for 4, and we only received 2 towels in the room, we were told that is all the rooms get. It is a little silly making people share towels when it's reserved for multiple people. The online did not mention bringing your own shampoo and the standard that most hotels offer I feel like it should be easier to notice. I also saw quite a few come in and have to wait extended times especially if they were not English speaking.

I liked that it was a secure building. The staff was overall friendly. I liked that it had a full kitchen.

The rate we were charged was over the top ridiculous. Not what we were quoted on line. Was unable to contact anyone regarding the issue. Would never have booked that hotel for what we were charged. Tryed to contact the manager. Was not available.

Anything we liked was turned into awful when we got our statement. We have stayed at Little America for less than what we were charged.

Very basic suite type motel. Few amenities. For example, there are 2 burner cooktops in the rooms but no cookware. Also no coffee makers and no breakfast. Room was clean but had a strange smell by the door. Beds were simple metal frames with a mattress.

Everything!!!! The desk clerk was rude, the place the room was dirty, and the smell of Marijuana lingered in the bathroom. Just a very uncomfortable uninvited place. I called to let the desk clerk know how uncomfortable I felt, the room was dirty n asked if I could possibly get a refund. She told me it would take 5-10days. I told her I would stay, and she agreed to make sure I was okay. I said I should be. No cell phone service in the building so I called her back, she helped me with the wifi and told her I was okay. She told me they were exchanging shifts but will let the new clerk know and make sure everything is okay. Stayed in the room for another 20 minutes. I finally got service so I called my son and told him where I had rented a motel. Right after there was a knock on the door, I checked to see who it was. There were 2 ladies at the door bith workers, I opened the door and the desk clerk who I spoke to told me I had to leave. I asked why and she said she pressed the refund button. I asked her why she did that after the fact I told her I was staying. She said after the 1st conversation she said the best thing to do was refund my money. I said but why didn't you tell me what you did, even during our conversation about the wifi. She said wasn't sure. I said so now I don't have a place to stay, I have no money to get another room anywhere. She was very rude about it, no customer service at all. She said we will need to escort you out the building. I asked her why? I didn't do anything wrong. She said because you can't stay here because I refunded your money. OMG I was soooooooo upset by this time because I was being told to leave, I had nowhere to go and I had only enough money to cover my gas and little to nothing for food. This is the worst experience I ever had with any motel. Her is name is Mariah, she needs to be trained in customer service and her attitude was horrible.

Room floor had a thin layer of dog hair. I didn't see it until the day I left when the sun was shining in. Made me want to vomit.

No water pressure was hard to even rinse my long hair from my shampoo and cream rinse. I don't think the floors had been swept or mopped.

We were charged for not checking in when I said it was late check in and my reservation was cancelled. Had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night with a special needs child and another child
