The door latch lock was broken, there was no shampoo or conditioner just bars of soap, the coffee was light like skimping on the grounds.

Safe, Clean, spartan, nothing special. Good for an overnight stay or short stay, Staff was friendly.

Our tv wasn’t working. Got the run around to get it fixed. Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 but when we went down at 8:30 there was nothing left but coffee and some oatmeal. Also people smoking by the entry way.

I wanted to extend my stay, but the staff in the office looks always tired or something, they do not provide "friendly service" so it was awkward to try to reach out to them. Also, they do not try to understand what people say when they speak broken English.. It is truly sad when I see their faces like "I dont know what you are saying." Also, a homeless person came in and stayed the tiny lobby for a half an hour to try to get in. It is not good for female traveler, alone. Do not go outside after 6 or 7.

I always like some places have kitchen.. It feels like home. Quite huge space for one. The place is suitable for staying long term travelling. Always clean, enough parking lot, convenience store and gas station is nearby.

Grab & Go breakfast was either a muffin OR a pack of oatmeal (with staff allowing only ONE muffin per paying guest)so plan accordingly. Kitchen kits have NEVER BEEN READY and we have stayed here twice with plans to cook, so we ended up having to eat out as we never got it the entire multi day stay.

I requested a foam pillow in advance, I received a confirmation email that my request could be granted. Then there was no foam pillow. The breakfast is sad. Pre packaged muffins, granola bars and granola. The hotel sites should not even say “breakfast included”.

The front desk staff are horrible.

The location is convenient and the rooms are comfortable. The staff however are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Apart from the maintenance man, the woman at the front desk act as tho they are doing you a favor letting you stay at the hotel. I am a mother and I have two small children with me and I expect, like any other person, to book a hotel room and be treated like a guest. That is not the case at this location.

Wish you could access all the exterior doors with your key card instead of just the front door. Would be nice to be able to come in any of the doors.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana in the hallways, lobby, elevator. It reminded me of the smell in a fraternity house in college. There were stains all over the hallways, it was disgusting. The comforter was the thinnest comforter I’ve ever seen, it was more like a sheet.

The entire stay. Having to call down to the main office to make someone come up to have someone in the next room turn the tv off because it was baking so loud you could hear through the walls what they were saying.

Absolutely nothing. This place was so unsanitary, dirty, not clean and very disgusting.
