TV volume was stuck on loud, and everytime you tried to lower it, it went up higher. So no TV. Oh, and the fridge, the one I tossed after 15 yrs, looked much better. The one the room was dented and belonged in the early 80's. There is a glow in the room that had bare anywhere to turn and not find a dark spot to relax.

Sticky floor, film scum in the bathroom, sheet had that lived-in look. Fridge had doors opening or handle on the left, the visible side. The actual door opening non-visible. Dumbass me, had to tug for a while, before knocking my head.

The staff at the front desk was inexperiences and rude. Did not let me check in at the time when the wed-site was indicating had to wait an extra hour to check in due to the room not being cleaned on time. Front desk employee wanted to charge me extra for my service dog which is not legal in the state of Florida. Room key was not working. Had trouble getting the tv to work, no hair dryer and not enough towels in the bathroom No bed blankets just sheets, very old room, uncomfortable beds. Overall do not recommend this hotel. Do not spend the money here.

Computers were down so we couldn't even check in right away. Curtains were not the best. The room wasn't the darkest but much better than some. No kitchen utensils/plates/pans provided- very disappointed in that!

Was not comfortable. Doesn’t have comfortable chairs or any sofas in any rooms. Recovering from surgery and couldn’t sit comfortably anywhere in the room. Only had 2 flimsy pillows on each bed so I couldn’t get comfortable in the bed either.

Checked in with my family of 5 for 1 night. No cable on TV, couldn’t be fixed and no more rooms were available and I also charged for little to no WiFi. Nothing was discounted or compensated for inconvenience.

Some of the staff was not very nice, the room was not cleaned , floor was very dirty, no housekeeping, I had to take my linens to front desk everyday to get clean ones. I realize this is an extended stay hotel but when customers come to stay on vacation they don't want to have to deal with changing bed sheets nor taking linens to front desk to exchange.

There were bugs in the room. One of the drawers in the kitchen was ripped off. Very disappointed in the experience.

Not very pretty, the shower had it's issues and the bathroom floor can capture a lot of water between the false tiles. Because the kitchen doesn't have tools so we have to buy frying pans and microwave meals for convenience. The neighbors can be very very noisy and it sounds like they are banging to your door at midnight.

The location is on point, you have everything that matters close and also and IHOP in the same place.

the management strategy of operations. not a place for non-dog lovers. every piece of grass was a dog’s toilet. the elevators constantly smelled of dog. I found dog’s hairs on my mattress when I considered changing my sheets but changed my mind after the towel incident. For two weeks I had to clean my own toilet with my own brush that I bought. make my own coffee with my own cups that I bought in the microwave, there were no kettles or coffeemakers. I hated going out to that smelly dirty garbage area to dump my garbage. I could write more but that is enough

The place smelled like mildew covered with fresh paint and industrial cleaner, but still mildew. The water in the shower had an overwhelming chlorine smell, I showered and felt like I just got out of the pool. There Is absolutely no late night staff, a lot of people yelling In the building and the parking lot all night til past 2 am.

It looked as those people lived there..regulars hanging outside ! Its a no for me going forward! Booking also billed the card I paid with and the card I had in file ...are you all scammers. I will stop using booking second card experience in months.

The place is slightly run down and is mainly home to mostly local long-term tenants.

The staff were all super helpful, they arranged an early check in for me after a long 12 hour journey to get there and anytime I had any questions they were super helpful. Lets say you get what you pay for here in terms of the facilities and location. There seemed to be a transition in management during my stay which I think is for the better

There seemed to be blood on the roof of our room, they only provided 1 toilet paper and when going to front desk there was no one there to ask for more

There was a handprint on the backboard of the bedframe. Saw a few bugs, and the hotel had a smokey smell to it. Also left a day early, and the hotel refused to give me my money back.

They over charge me.. I came home one night after working 2 jobs. It was 11:30pm. Thought i would be able to come to my hotel room to sleep and i was lock out my room for almost 2 hours.. the staff could not find the manager for the main key to open my door.. the staff also told me i owe 100 but I had all my receipts to show they I dont. The staff told me something wrong with the computer system but the staff still kept asking me for the 100 and later he would talk to the manager.. I was over charge.

The elevator was slow as molasses, and some of the area and hotel itself was old and needs updates. But they seemed to be working on stuff constantly, so at least they were trying. Fine for one or two nights, but not sure I would stay longer.

The staff and residents were friendly. Outside smoking and dog walking areas. Luggage carts. Manager was stressed but nice. Given the possible hurricane conditions, it was understandable.
