no drapes to cover the sunlight in the room, vent didn’t work in the bathroom, the vent didn’t work in the kitchen space, front desk is not available 24/7, housekeeping will not clean room everyday, you need to return towels to get clean towels, make sure they don’t charge you for towels, hallways always smell from people cooking, also the first night I laid on the bed the headboard fell down on me.

They people hanging around outside were creepy. The extra lock on the door was broken off. The shower was fine but the pipes growled loudly once warmed up. Being on the ground floor curtains on the window would be nice.

It was fine. Cheap hotel about what I expected but cleaner than most. Good TV and everything in generally good condition.

Did not like the intake process. Albeit late when we arrived, if another guest had not told me about the roll free call I had to make to get someone to come from wherever and check us in I don't know how long it would have taken.

Better housekeeping service. They didn't provide housekeeping not even once I stayed there for 2 weeks. I had to rip my sheets by myself and take them to the front desk to get a new pair.

The location is pretty good. Have some restaurants nearby. Have Publix and Whataburger within walking distance. The property doesn't provide breakfast. (No free nor paid)

The light in the bathroom never worked until I had to turn it on multiple times (at times, 8). The room smelled super musty, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

Although advertised as full kitchen, there were no cooking utensils or pots/pans, When we inquired at the desk, we were told that they might have some in the future. We suggest small boxes to check out with a deposit that contain a pot, a frying pan, knife, cutting board, spatula, drink pitcher, and dishwashing soap. We were surprised that the Bookiong.com rate for this hotel was more than the advertised rate on the roadsign rate even though we have the Booking.com credit card and genius status. In the future, were we to stay here again, we will check the Woodspring Suites homepage to see if it is cheaper than the Booking.com rate. We stayed on the 4th floor and were facing I-40. We slept well, although those who cannot sleep with highway traffic sounds might have a problem. It did not bother us.

We were visiting children in the Mt Juliet area and this was one of the closest places to stay. The staff was always nice, the room was clean, and the Booking.com price was better for Woodspring Suites than for the other four hotels in the I-40 exit. Checkin was easy at 6 pm. The kitchen facilities were adequate - full sized refrigerator, small microwave, two burner stove, and sink. Counter space was minimal - the same size as two burner stove. There were two chairs and a small table - smaller than many hotel desks. The table could be pulled away from the wall so two people could eat at the same time. Nice sized open closet and three-drawer dresser. The bed was also nice, with two pillows and a metal frame so that you could see under it and make sure you didn't drop anything under. Under the bed was also clean. This place is not carpetted, which we liked because similar places in the past have had filthy carpets. The air conditioner kept the room cool while the outdoor temperatures were about 100 degrees. There was always plenty of parking. Enough fast food joints to eat at a different place for each meal in a three-day stay. Grocery stores about ten minutes away.
