The bed was not comfortable. There was a dog in the next room over barked all night..there were people outside hanging out by the car all night

No coffee, very uncomfortable mattress, no cold water in bathroom sink, very - very noisy. Street noise was bad.

Check out time was at 11:00 but there was a lady banging on our door at 10:00am to see if we were staying another night or leaving. We only planned for one night but I had my alarm set for 10:30. I didn't put a do not disturb one the door.....I don't even know if there was one in the room. I've never had hotel staff do that to me. Not a pleasant way to be woken up. And we saw a few roaches in the room.

The bed look like it was a rollaway bed. (I have pictures) My husband is 6’7 so this was very uncomfortable. I requested double beds and it look like a single bed. We did have any washcloths in the room and when we got them they were so thin I could see through them. The power went off in the room and the tv remote didn’t work. The room definitely wasn’t what was advertised online.

The room was cramped. We couldn't get clean towels and linens daily. Other patrons at the hotel seemed somewhat sketchy.

The price and location were about the only things that were positive overall.

Some of the staff is kind of ratchet. Then they will only allow you towels once every 14 days what since does that make, and if you read book while you're there you start your 14 days over you don't get fresh towels not room service. Both my toilet and tub were stopped up!

Love the location. Also I like the fact that they have kitchenettes. The room has great space

Smelt like Contraband every time we left and came back to the property. Bathroom showers need to be cleaned.

Extremely ratchet, first room in was was infested with roaches! 2nd room was kinda of decent, 3rd room was cleaner but on the hall with lots of noise. There was a fight and a shooting right on my hall during my final stay here. Never plan on going back, very unsafe!

Very close to freeway and the main street in Baytown. Good rates.

Roach Motel does not refund money! I checked in i did not stay and they denied me a refund saw a roach immediately as i opened my hotel room door and left.

The front desk fat guy was rude and the manager was even more rude. I stayed one night checked in at 9pm and as soon as we parked there was loud music people drinking and fighting outside we get to our room on the first floor. The TV didn’t work. The AC didn’t work. It smelled to top it off. The people that were drunk and fighting were right outside my window being loud we asked to move so they moved us up to the third floor a few hours later when I was laying down, we heard more arguing and yelling then we heard three pops, turned out to be gunshots. I called the front desk told him the situation and I told him I wanted to check out and maybe get a refund. He said no just stay in your room lock the door. He said he was even locked in the room cops show up. I called the front desk back and I asked him if he can ask a cop to escort met out because I was scared. He said he would didn’t hear back from him then I saw cops on the hallway. I open the door and I asked one if he could escort me out because I was scared, he said to stay in the room because it was a crime scene as he was putting yellow numbers on the ground where the bullets were it all happened right in front of my door. I was so traumatized so scared. I put the refrigerator in front of the door. I couldn’t sleep all night eventually I ended up falling asleep about nine or 10 AM. Check out was at 12 PM I overslept a little since I couldn’t sleep all night. I ended up checking out at 12:10 and your assistant manager. A black lady said she was gonna call the cops if I didn’t check out as I was already leaving she was giving me attitude while I was outside putting my stuff in the car pretty much followed me outside to threaten me. It was a horrible experience I am traumatized. I hope the place gets shut down. I don’t recommend that stay for anyone not even my worst enemy.
