Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesIn the hallways it does smell like wet carpet they have to replace the carpets , as soon as I checked in they did tell us the elevator wasn't working 😒 but I'm pretty sure it will get fixed,, Hopefully they will start serving breakfast 😊
I was kind of scared with all the reviews I read but my room in the second floor was clean it didn't smell like cigarettes inside the room the beds were ok I always take my own blankets and pillows, it was quiet I did read alot of reviews that it was loud and alot of people hanging out infront of the hotel , but I only stayed there one night with my daughter and husband got back at 2am and it was quiet overall it was ok . 👍

United StatesThey basically charge for everything. I had roaches in the room that came out of the cracks by the shower. My key stopped working and I called the front desk the lady said she was on her way down. I stood there for 15 minutes before a guest saying there let me in then I sat at the front desk for another 10 minutes before she came down.

United Stateslack of having items for the kitchen and that we would have to pay for utensils and plates that we could not take in our luggage on the plane the next day. along with the items we brought were to help us take our night time medications. the mattress kept sliding on the metal bed frame and every time you moved it clunked as though it was going to fold up.

upon arrival the room was very cold. we left and reduced the temp. well when we came back the smell in the room ws GOD AWFUL! No carpet so this smell was coming from the floor. Smelled of "piss and mustiness" This room wasnt cleaned properly. We were there for a baseball tournament and all other places were booked or wed have left.

I was given a key to my room which was Room 306. I didn't at the time go up to the room to check it out, instead my wife and I left to get something 🙃 to eat then returned to the room. Upon opening the door to our the room we were given we saw that it was occupied by someone. I don't know how this could have happened but it did. In the end we were given a different room. So everything worked out in the end.

United StatesThe neighborhood is rough. A lot of low income high density apartment complexes nearby that in the short while I was there always seemed to have a police presence. This situation exacerbated by the fact that there are no other hotel properties nearby. Just the apartment complexes. So people tended to drift through or loiter.
It was clean. Based on the reviews that I read I understood what I was getting into, but even then it seemed a bit over priced. But everything in the greater Austin metro is over priced. Location was good for my purposes. Parking lot very well lit and seemingly safe.
