Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Really dirty on the outside , nothing was kept up , even where the doggie station was a big black trash bag was tied and hanging off the side inside of one in the can and the bags to pick up dog poop was never refilled . The room was so dirty I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it , the smell in the fridge smelled like something had died . i sprayed for bugs after seeing a few small roaches . The. hall ways were never cleaned and the stairwells smelled like cigarettes and weed .
India at the front desk was very nice and one of the ladies that worked and lived on the property was very nice , the others not so much . It was nice having a kitchenette but you have to buy cook ware and utensils.

A lot of noises from other guests. Had people the room above mine always dragging stuff and furniture on the floor with no respect for others, even after formal complaints.

Well kept. Some cleanliness issues but it’s obvious they do clean even if missing a few minor things
The outside grounds and common areas looked great. Our first room had no water pressure in the shower and staff was super accommodating in getting our room changed quickly (LeighAnn). Upon getting to the new room we had found the TV didn’t work in the new room but again staff was right on it in getting someone up to switch out and hook up a new television. They whole tile staff was super nice and helpful.

Had to pay an additional $100 deposited and was told id receive it back the next day after checkout and it been three days and nothing in my account. Still waiting it's Sunday

We asked for clean towels and stuff was very rude saying that everyone is asking for towels today and when we asked for small towel extra he closed the door saying "that's what everyone gets'' :/ The lady that did the check in process was nice. Ok place to sleep over.

There were really no perks to the room itself aside from the stove top. The remote to our TV did not work properly, and the beds were not very comfortable.
The staff was nice, and when my room was over booked by booking.com, they went out of there way to make sure I got a room since most of the other hotels were either overbooked or over priced. They canceled my room through booking and got me in a different one. Any concerns that I had with cleanliness, the staff addressed quickly and, most importantly, with a smile on their face. There was a little miscommunication with the staff about pricing and how many nights we were staying, but again, they were nice, and the issue was resolved without any further dilemma. The staff exceeded my expectations, although the property itself could use some work.

The fact that the room details said kitchenware and everything but yet you walk in the lobby and you have a sign that says you have to pay extra for it. False advertisement much? Also I searched on my booking details to make sure there were no hidden fees, well to my surprise you have to pay 100.00 more when you check in, that will be refunded in 3-5 days after you check out. Why not make sure that is noted when you book your room? What if someone booked because they were driving through and they didn't have that extra 100.00? They would have to cancel the booking and they would still end up getting charged for canceling????
I liked how big the room was. And the fact that in order to get into the hotel from the lobby, you have to have your room key to enter.

This is not a fancy place. There are no dishes, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. No coffee pot. Thin towels. Just a bare minimum place, but it served our purpose.
Cheaper rate. The staff were wonderful. It's ok.

The floor was wet and slippery and I had to throw away my socks. The laminate floor was wet all the time; I assume because it was on concrete and it was very humid.

No hotel lobby at all. So no where to wait for room to be ready. Asked to use restroom and was told they didn’t have one. Only to see one after our room was ready.
