I did not like that there were roaches crawling out from behind the headboard and from the baseboards, across the desk table, on the walls, on the nightstand, by the refrigerator, in the bathroom, and on the floor. We stopped counting after killing 10 roaches in the 2 hours we were awake. We did not sleep in as we had intended because it was hard to rest for thinking about roaches possibly crawling into my purse, in my shoes, or on me as I slept. I did not like that there was a sack of food left in the refrigerator and that there is food stuck between the refrigerator and the wall. I did not like that there were no supplies in the kitchen. It would have been nice to know beforehand that we would need to bring our own supplies to use the stove. I could have used an additional pillow and blanket. I was surprised there were no drapes over the wooden blinds. The blinds did not close tight so the room was never really dark like most hotel rooms in which I've stayed.

Employee Christian was helpful and pleasant. When the fire alarm went off, Christian quickly walked the halls to make sure everyone knew there was no fire and we were in no danger. The air conditioning was exceptional.

The hotel claims to be non smoking but it definitely smelled of smoke. There isn't anything provided in the room like cups or bowls. Seems to be off for an extended stay place.

Arrived after midnight and had to call number to get check ues in and waited. No towels, tp, shampoo, no iron. A lot of híñelas in the area. The building smelled like weed. I would not recommend

We are 3 adults we stayed 3 nights, 1. We would be charged extra for clean sheets 3. We would be charged extra for clean towels We ran out of toilet paper The refrigerator was dirty We were to empty our own trash or be charged extra for it! Never again will we ever stay there.

There were no towels or drinking cups in the room when we checked in. When my husband and I returned to the hotel around 8:30 our last night there, three cockroaches were found. We were not able to inform the front desk or get another room as the front desk staff was gone for the night. Between our last night's stay and check out the next morning, my husband and I killed seven cockroaches. I got very little sleep that last night and was ready to sleep in the car even though it was cold outside. Before we left the next morning, I shook out all of our clothes and our travel bag.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

At night you had to be aware of your surroundings, random persons coming up to you soliciting to buy drugs, some of the people that stay at the property would hang out in the lobby to talk to staff at desk, and not to mention having to kill roaches…. The property has roaches in the halls and rooms

Room is only cleaned every two weeks, room was not throughly cleaned, electric skillet full of oil left on range, two used bars of soap and a partial bottle of shampoo left in tub, complex smelled of marijuana inside and out and smelt of animals and their urine.

My Bed wasn't a Queen i5 was a full size but was charged for a Queen. Could have more towels,Roomservics was almost non existence. The front Desk was abandoned after 10 pm & no Breakfast
