Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They did not put hand towels in the rooms. The floors were very loud. We could hear the room above us from 1:00-3:00 am. Walking around and rolling luggage around. I finally called the front desk at 3:00 and they said they would check into it.

They provided a kitchenette but with no pots, pans, or other kitchen utensils. Footsteps from other guest can be heard. Walls could be heard but the environment is very quiet 75% of the day.
Room was very spacious. Bathroom had plenty of room. well kept room space. Tons of space for storage. The location of the hotel was down the street from the major activities or shopping malls. However, still cozy and hidden from busy traffic.

it was just fine for what it was. The bedsheets were stretched out and didn't stay on the mattress... revealing cigarette holes burned in and falling apart. Drawers need an overhaul. The handicap shower doesn't drain correctly

The pillows were the worse, wish there was a chair to sit in. The maintenance man had to come do something to the toilet to get the pressure going, but after he did there was no problems. Overall not a bad stay. I would stay again, but I would bring my pillow.
The room was clean, but a couple of areas on the wall could be wiped down. The bed was ok, but the pillows were the worse, we even considered purchasing pillows, but decided against it. I also wish there was a chair to sit in. The stay overall was good. I would stay again. I love that there is no carpet in the rooms or hallways.

Smell of weed even though there's signs in the room to say no smoking 🚭 and no weed.
Great location for concert venue which was the Speedway 500. Situated 6 miles from the actual beach but if you do your homework you'd know this already. The accommodation was basic & was at full capacity for the weekend we were there which was fine. You get what you pay for. Monday came & we saw some shady looking characters. They looked like drug addicts if I'm honest & if we'd seen them on our first day I wouldn't have felt comfortable there.

The room was very rushed during cleaning (if they even cleaned at all), the floors in some places were sticky when we got into the room. The fridge wasn't cleaned prior to us. Our TV didn't work and no one knew how to fix it. I'm glad we were in town for a festival so we didn't have to spend too much time in the hotel room.
The staff was really nice and tried to help to their best ability. We liked having a kitchen since we stayed there a week. The bathroom was spotless.

If you wanted kitchen cookware, plates, silverware, glasses, dish soap, kitchen towels, etc., you had to pay for them. Nothing to clean, or dry dishes with in the room. Had to use 1 of our 2 washcloths from the bathroom. They only supplied 2 wash cloths and 2 towels in the bathroom, no hand towels, no body soap (just small bar soap). No Dining table, we used the desk area. It had 2 chairs.
The price was good, place was clean, it had a full size fridge, a cooktop, and microwave..

My room smelled of burnt food or something but was told about by front desk and asked if could get another room and no other rooms available was told. Is what it is I guess... plus found white rice that wasn’t cleaned up by room cleaner and the whole wood floor in the room wasn’t even cleaned.
