United StatesBed was small. No ice on sight. No coffee on sight. No hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Tiny towels. No hand towels. Dogs barking from kennel located directly behind our room. Trash everywhere on both sides of entrance road visible when we left in the morning.

United StatesDidn't like that one minute it was one price for the room then just 2 minutes later it jumped to bout $30 more for the same room. I paid $146 dollars for a room that I had to ask for an iron and the circuit breaker kept popping cause I plugged up the iron. Then there was no hot water. Just in between cool and lukewarm. My stay wasn't good for that price I could've stayed somewhere else.

United StatesThey don’t have a hotel desk clerk after 5. My first check in they didn’t have a room and I booked 1 week in advanced; let’s just say I didn’t get to check in until 7:30 pm . No doors but the front entrance works with the key. People are constantly locked out their rooms and hotel because the keys stop working. So we have to sleep in the hallways until maintenance or the clerk show up. The office clerk doesn’t get here until 11 am and that’s crazy. My stove top doesn’t work well in my room. The police knocked on my door at 4am looking for Emily but it was wrong room number. A lady down the hall fights her boyfriend every other night at between 2am - 5am.
Location,the room is newly renovated, big tv, nice furniture, the other occupants, weekly maintenance rounds, and the price. I have two windows in my room and they fully open up.

United StatesThe fact that they don’t allow fresh linen at least once a week, parking issues, the wining cat in the storage closet for two days , it smelled weird in elevator, the vending machine was high , they double booked all the rooms ;booting all the paying tenants out that have been there for weeks, the hard ass beds and bad pillows. The loud stomping and weird sounds all morning and night. Not so cleanly tenants. You can’t ask hotel workers for nothing without a charge or some weird explanation why they can’t do anything. Beds, furniture and appliances were cheap. No efficient cabinet space or storage space for close and foods.

United StatesThe beds were squeaky. Every time one moves, everyone else in the room knows, and if one is a light sleeper, it's not good.
The hotel is located in an area where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options. They do accept pets,but if one is staying longer than one day or night, the charge is approximately $26.00 per day. There is a very nice-looking pet daycare right across the parking lot, though I am not sure if it is tied to the hotel.

United StatesI prefer beds with at lease three pillows this hotel only had two, yet the disappointment was in that they were extremely small as well thin. There was no fluff to them for any head or neck support. There was not any real comforter blanket, just a thin throw blanket. It was a bit disappointing to see that the rooms were modernized/updated yet the hallways as well elevators seemed to not have been able to obtain same construction.
I appreciate the rooms were modernized. This hotel provided extra washcloths as apart of room as many only allow two and when ask usually not able to obtain more.
