United StatesHowever the hotel smelled bad. A lot of weirdos walking around. Had I known this was an extended stay I would have never booked here . What I booked on the booking app was totally different than what I got. My refrigerator had all kind of brown spots all over it. We checked in at 3 and one of the rooms I booked still wasn’t ready. My boys stood in the hallway about 35 minutes waiting on the lady to finish cleaning the room. I honestly will NEVER book here again. When yu think cheap yu get cheap I guess… because this was a horrible experience.
The area was cool and the prices are good. No deposit required !

I liked how centralized it was from everything and in a very convenient place. Staff was super friendly and it was no hassle going to my room.

United StatesHEADS UP, what seems to be going on here is they get reservations but will serve those who come first. Meaning they will call, if they don't get an answer they will go ahead and get money for your stay and justify it by saying “you didn't pick up”. This is how I lost my room, and then got someone else’s. This is a shady enough practice to avoid this place at all costs if you can. If the city is sold out everywhere like it was when I used it, then you better get there quickly! If for no other reason then just because this place just isn't reliable to what so ever. The property is worn down, they don't seem to clean the property daily at all, stains and debris on the carpet in the hall ways. Its an extended stay type place so its go normal wear and tear from people living there.

United StatesThe main woman in charge of the front desk is an absolute terror and harrases her customers constantly. Lots of things are broken and clean sheets cost extra. Also, don't mind the constant trail of dog pee and sounds emitting from the hallways.
It's OK for the price. Area is nice but the hotel definitely brings down the property value.

United StatesI didn't care for the locked down lobby. I understand what its for and that means mischief. There were a few individuals hanging around always watching people coming and going that didn't seem to belong there, but maybe they do since its also a stay by the day, week or monthly. It gave a unsafe vibe to it. The other thing I didn't care for was the bed is on a metal frame that allows the bed to move slightly when getting in & out. I also had an issue with the toilet not always flushing. When I inspected it, the float was getting stuck causing the tank not to fill. I reported it to the staff when I checked out. Above the shower head needed some sheetrock repair and I reported that as well.
The location was great with lots of restaurants, shopping within walking distance or a very short drive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are more like student apartments that have a small kitchen if you want to cook and large refrigerator to store food and drinks if you are planning to stay a few days. I felt the room was clean and ready.

United StatesThere is no coffee maker or iron in the room, and the stove did not work. Breakfast is not offered. I would suggest getting some curtains and maybe something on the walls to dampen the echo. The pillows are terrible. If I stay here again, I will definitely bring my own.
It's quiet, plenty of parking and the staff were quite helpful. The hotel is secure and easy to get to from the highway. The room is spacious and simply adorned. I had the mini apartment. I always like the fact when I can control the temperature in the room. It was clean and comfortable. It's pet friendly. It's very close to shopping and restaurants.
