Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe outside of the hotel looks way better than the inside. When we got to our room and the door was already open and unsecure (the metal hook was holding it open). We had to kill a roach, the towels and bedding had stains on them, and the cabinet wood was chipped. The elevator was also hot with no air. Not a 4.0
The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean to the appearance and swept. The location of the hotel was in a decent area. We enjoyed a wonderful quiet stay. No outside noise or disturbances.

United StatesThe room was not ready on arrival, then it was not clean. Found big wads of animal hair in the middle of the floor. It smelled bad and smelled damp. The beds were so uncomfortable and there was a melted hole in the bedspread. It also smelled like wet dog. Needed clean towels and those weren’t readily available either. Was told we had to wait for laundry to get finished. Other people in line were having a range of issues as well.
The location for what I needed was alright.

United StatesGroups of long-term residents hanging around outside smoking cigarettes was the first turn-off. A completely wobbly luggage cart brought me to a non-smoking room that had clearly been smoked in lots. Even had cigarette burns on the toilet seat cover, a cigarette was sitting on the counter in the kitchen area. Further investigation found a black soot in the bathrub. The final thing that got to me exit as soon as possible was seeing multiple dead cockroaches on the floor. Yes they had sprayed, but where there's one there is more. They didn't even bother to vacuum them up.
I liked the idea that I could bring my dog with me in what I thought would be a nice facility.
