All I smelled was weed the whole time I was there with my kids and roaches would come out in the dark. NEXT MORNING THEY PULLED A DEAD BODY FROM THE ROOM NEAR MINE..Of course my kids seen ..Loud people everywhere and drugs..Oh can't forget the extremely hard beds

Elevator was broken. Put us on 4th floor. All of the doors with push bar was missing parts. Had to walk 3 flights of stairs. Broke liquor bottle in stair well. No TV remote in our room. When i called for help with this. I was told i could go to ftont desk and they send someone. I told her elevator is broken. I need a remote. She told me go to the desk. She could have had front desk call our room!!

The attendant was polite. Water was hot. Good pressure.

Signs all over saying “No smoking within 25 feet “ etc. people sitting on curb outside ignored that. The no smoking signs in the room meant nothing as verified by that ashes behind the Tv. I stumbled upon those while I looked for the buttons to turn on the Tv. No remote to be found. Property stunk of stale cigarettes through out. Blanket? What blanket? I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have blankets. The comforter could double as a curtain. The bed? A mattress on a frame of springs. No box springs. Hair dryer - nope. Heater? Set to 90 and it finally got warm around 2am. (Remember - no blanket) I was awake at 2am as the people above me rearranged their room dragging furniture over the hardwood floors for the 3rd time. It didn’t take long to realize this place had to take everything up because it’s stolen by guests. Bathroom was clean. Non-refundable? Next time I’ll leave regardless.

I had to wait 20 mins before I was able to check in due to staff not being in the office. My room door would not open without having to bump the door and wouldn't close without having to slam the door. The bathroom sink was coming apart. The mattress was to small for the frame and lastly the system kept denying my zip card which cause me to have to use a different pay source when I just used my zip card about 2-3 weeks prior at the same location. The other issue was when I got there, the fire alarm was going off, and no one responded until the staff showed back up into the offices, and that is when I was told that it does that often.

The location was great and they staff was friendly.

I saw a couple roaches, the TV wasn't working at first, I couldn't lock my door, and in the morning when I went to check out the tenant that was on duty he got really nasty with me I don't appreciate it at all so I will not be staying at wood Springs again

The entire place smells like grits and burnt rice during my stay and I seen a few roaches but other than that it was great!

We had a late check in due to traveling, and when we got there no workers were on the property. Called and he said he’d be back in 15 minutes, which in reality was close to 45. Would’ve went somewhere else but room was booked and non refundable.

The housekeeping staff can be a lot more attentive to the rooms. The cleaning habits of this hotel are very poor. There is also a pest control issue there (at the Gastonia location) that is unbearable. Roaches are everywhere from level 1-4. Very nasty

The rates are a lot lower than the average hotel of this type. The overnight desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.

The last night I stayed which was 10-11 thy put us in 306 the air wasn't working then thy put us n 206 someone was in the room then put us in 204 no pillows, sink broken.

The staff was very helpful n nice I would recommend this motor to you everyone I know it was clean n comfortable for the first few nights here

The urine stains on my bed, and everything else mentioned.

Tika and Marcus were great, but the hotel isn't run properly and it showed from stained mattress covers that erase with a wet cloth to the head manager that avoids at all cost accountability, even when a guest politely ask to speak to him, never seen anything like it
