Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesI made a reservation for 2 nights through Booking.com, providing all my personal information and credit card details. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that they had no rooms available. The next day, I returned and they finally had one available, which they assigned to me. However, the issue is that I was charged for 2 nights through Booking.com and 1 additional night directly by the hotel. Booking.com has not provided any response regarding my refund request, and they no longer reply to my messages. Terrible service.

United StatesIt smelled like weed (marijuana) in the elevator, the hallway smelled of pickles (vinegar), room smelled musty, 2 towels for 4 people, 1 little bar of soap. Then staff took 15 plus minutes to come to the front but only after I called the hotel and someone answered. Didn't like that is was far from where I thought I was going had to take a toll road.

United StatesI didn't like that I was charged more than what the final booking price was for. I've tried for 2 days to contact the property, with them telling me to call back tomorrow- no response to emails or calls. I had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes to check in (I was the only guest at the time) so that was annoying after a day of travelling. The room was freezing when we got in there and the light switches by the door were weirdly wired.
I liked the size of the room and the amenities that came with it. Bed was just okay, and pillows were a little flat - but the room was clean and sizeable.

United StatesNoise. Couldn’t sleep for the noise upstairs and next room. Pot smell was awful. I doubt I’ll stay there again. I had a 12pm check out. 4 different people knocked on the door between 10:30 and 10:45. We gave up and sat down stairs to wait on our ride. Plus had to use a translation app to talk to most of them! 🤬

United StatesI’m not sure my room was cleaned prior to my arrival. There were no toiletries and the toilet had residue in it from someone’s BM… the shower had remaining hair in it. although the bed was made and the fridge clean.
The staff were very kind and it was right by the location I needed. Parking was alway accessible and my Ubers never had trouble finding me. The elevator was frequently available and I felt the property was safe and secure. I traveled alone and being safe and feeling safe is a top priority. The little kitchenette was great but the stove was cracked making me a little nervous.
