Great decor to match the area. Comfortable bed and furniture! Well appointed kitchen. So nice to have in house washer and dryer as we just came off a road trip.

The property service charge, destination fee, and tourism fee per night % are way too much!

Location wonderful. Spent time at Caldera Springs with family.

We walked into a very dirty condo. The floors were not swept and mopped in months. We had to keep our shoes on up until bed time. I wish I brought my swiffer sweeper with me. It was also completely dusty top to bottom. The night stands to the ceiling lights and you could literally see spider webs. In the corners of the rooms, there were baby spiders and dust bunnies…underneath the furniture in all rooms, thick layers of dusts lived causing for my allergies to flare up. The one bathroom had mold and smelled of mildew on the shower curtain. The walls were dirty. The transition threshold of the floors between the master bedroom and the bathroom came off. It was basically g-rigged with fake silicone type glue not meant for that kind of material. The closet doors were not aligned. The chairs and couch had dog hair and gray hairs all over. The master bed was not comfortable at all. Very noisy. The pillows were all very worn out. Also, the patios were filthy with refuse. Looks like it not been swept in a year. We didn’t use either of the patios. The plastic patio chairs are worn out and one might fall out of it if they attempted to sit in it. I forgot to take pictures. There were a few blind slats missing in the living room. For privacy, I found extra damaged slats in 2 different closets, fixed them and installed them. This place needs a lot of TLC and first and foremost, a true deep clean. Considering all the cleaning fees guests paid, not worth the fee.

Location and easy access to The Village and The Lodge was the best thing about this stay. Second to that is the cost to stay here.
