This is a Tn. Gem of a BnB furnished with beautiful antiques and art works. Cozy and comfortable with beautiful patios for relaxing. Delicious breakfasts and high tea and a lovely, lively hostess who knows just how and when to interface with her guests, warm and delightful! My stay was just what I needed. Winnie's is a great place to stay if you're visiting Lawrenceburg or nearby Amish Country. I was there for one night for a passthrough on a work trip, and couldn't have had a better experience. She immediately felt like family and makes the best bread pudding with bourbon cream sauce! Her horses were outside the morning I left to say goodbye and it felt like home.

Although I prefer a very firm mattress the pillow top mattress was comfortable and I slept very well. I really have no complaints.

Winnie is a wonderful and thoughtful host. I enjoyed the conversation and her breakfasts are the best. Will definitely be back.

The only thing I didn't like was ....the visit wasn't long enough.

Everything was great, but I especially enjoyed Winnie. She's a gracious and sweet host. Will plan on spending time there again. She goes above and beyond in welcoming and accommodating her guests. The place is clean, spacious, warm, and inviting. The horses are even great, and she has a nice backyard patio to sit on. I encourage folks who read this review to go and see for themselves.

Everything was perfect. This is the way to do hospitality.

What a wonderful place. It is full of peace and harmony and a special houseto escape the stresses of life. Winnie is a great host. It was such a privilege to visit her beautiful house and share in her hospitality. As well as being such a lovely person she is also a great cook. We had eggs Benedict for breakfast which was delightful. Her house is surrounded by a lovely garden and over the fence is her pride and joy.....her horses. The whole place is such an unique pastoral setting and we left in the morning with a heavy heart.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shared bathroom, luckily no one else showed up. But that’s what makes it I guess.

The quietness of a busy town! Tucked in property that has the very best host, Winnie goes above and beyond for you! And her homemade breakfast is outstanding. She is so personable, we sat outside with her one night and felt like we’ve made a new friend.. There are horses on the property, & there is a cardinal that comes every morning to the bedroom window we were in. I got great pics! All in all it was a wonderful stay!
