Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesThere is an additional fee/charge of approximately $4.00/$6.00 per night that BOOKING.COM does not account for in their charges. So your final bill will not reflect the price reflected in BOOKING.COM app. Just keep that in mind. This hotel also charges a $100 damage fee upon check in that is returned after the room is inspected. I know a lot of hotels are doing this, but it it feels like they could do this only if needed rather than as you walk in.
The breakfast provided is really good. It surprised me how good it was. Biscuits and gravy one morning, eggs (like the real kind), good sausage, cereals, waffles, juices, coffee…,it was a proper breakfast, not like the ones you typically get (you know what I’m talking about). Additionally, the front staff were helpful, even when I mistakenly booked a single double bed room for me and a buddy (not ideal for non spooning friends). They upgraded us to a King (which felt more manageable for two friends). We were grateful for that customer service. Parking seemed available every night despite arriving late. The hotel is within walking distance of a Waffle House, Bojangles and a gas station, which is nice for late night cravings. The comfort of the room was pleasant for us and we loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room! Location was good for a show at Credit One Stadium.
