Seemed short on staff and needed about of TLC. Even though it was very clean, there were a lot of things that needed proper repair. A lot of stains in hall carpet and doors and handles jury rigged.

Room was sticky. Grime everywhere the pullout couch had crayons socks and crumbs all over. There where stains everywhere

The bathroom exhaust vent didn't work. While floors were clean, there were bad rust-colored stains on the bathroom door frame and one of the room walls. Some trash from a previous occupant was missed. Despite a do not disturb tag on the door, housekeeping knocked in the morning well before checkout (9:30 AM). The hotel texted me at 8 AM.

The room was mostly excellent, with no unpleasant odors. Comfortable bed - I slept well. Quiet.

Clean, convenient to the airport, decent price. Cheap rates for parking my vehicle. 5 a day and free shuttle to the airport. Saved having to navigate to economy parking and pay higher rates. Made staying the night and catching a flight the next morning super easy.

The bathroom in our room was so humid. The wallpaper remained soggy all the time we stayed. Looking up I saw that at least part of the problem is that the exhaust vent is full of impressive amounts of dust, you could collect it and build a small fuzzy grey Teddy bear with it. Also, carpet in hotels is always gross in my opinion, I don't think the carpet was clean but it's to be expected when hundreds of people are walking on it wearing shoes. I wouldn't let my kids play on the carpet.

Breakfast was great, comfy beds, kids enjoyed the pool, nice staff, felt safe and quiet.

The housekeeping was supposed to clean our room every three days minimum per their sign. They didn’t clean it once even after we went to the front desk and talked to the housekeeper (who was not friendly). Very disappointed.

The room was nice and the breakfast was amazing! We loved the pool too! The front desk staff was friendly.

The shower diverter valve didn’t work properly. Only half of the water went to the shower head, the other half went to fill the tub, and it was noisy.

Our first room had a very strong smell of wet carpet and we immediately went to the front desk and requested a new room. The staff and manager got us a new room right away. The new room had a similar smell but not nearly as strong.

Staff was super friendly and the hotel is only an 11 minute drive from indy intl Airport!

There was very obvious water damage in the bathroom and along the hallway. The room smelled strongly of mildew.

The cleaner they used was really strong in the room and I was there for work and the only complain I really have is the Wi-Fi is not good when you’re doing business. It kept kicking me out and I had to login repeated times but other then that I was very happy with my stay.

Only 1 cup in room, body wash in shower was empty, no bedding for sofa bed, had to go down ar 11 pm and ask for some.

Some more attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of some of the breakfast items and a few spots in the room. Overall, it did not feel "dirty" however. Breakfast could use a protein selection like sausage etc.

Staff were very courteous, overall a very pleasant hotel stay.

Found it weird that the entrance doors were so short. I'm a tall person at 6-6, but the top of the door would have hit me in the middle of my forehead if I didn't duck. Never had this experience at an entrance door before, and this was the case in both automatic sliding entrance doors at the main entrance. The beam in our room was also low enough that I had to duck under or I would have hit my head. It could have been an issue. I've never experienced this in a modern hotel.

I'm sure breakfast was fine, but we didn't eat breakfast. I had a cup of coffee, but only got half a cup since it ran out. Smelled great. Hotel was clean and looked very well taken care of. I did the online checkin and the keys were ready when we walked in. Great experience. Parking was easy. Location to where we were playing volleyball was great. Places to eat and any shopping needs were nearby.
