My only complaint was the check in process. We arrived 10 mins before 3pm and the line to check in was LONG and there was only person checking people in. We waited another 15mins thinking the line would die down. Nope. It was the day of Chris Browns concert and people were just coming in. It took an hour for me to get checked. But otherwise the staff was great. Oh the coffee was disgusting

Location to Truist Park and rate. They even had shuttles to and from the park while it wasn't busy.

Check in process at front desk. I was charged a second time after I had paid in full days prior to my stay. The manager corrected the issue a few hours later but that was the only issue

The outlets in the room are not sturdy & difficult to plug items in & the power outlet to the tv was controlled by the light switch at the door.If the light is switched off the tv doesn't work

The pool was closed and no hot tub, which was a bummer. Although close to Truist Park, a bit far from most other Atlanta sites (pricey Ubers). As other reviews stated, a bit loud on the side by the highway, but we slept fine. We also had a double bed room and my bed was a bit far from the TV and a outlet/charger- but minor issue; the partial partician and space was kinda neat being in a room with my dad.

The point of our trip was the Braves/Brewers baseball series, so this location was great! Walking distance to Truist Park area. Decent breakfast, good options (wouldn't have minded a waffle maker tho).. We took the train-bus from the airport, and after figuring out how public buses work, we were let off pretty close to the hotel; we plan to stay here again if back!

Only complaint I can think of was our door didn’t close and lock properly. But when we brought it up with the staff they were able to deal with it right away.

Some minor updates would be good to make it really great, but there was very little I didn't like.

It was great staying at a place that was close to Trust Park and more affordable than the others! It was comfortable and clean with free parking as well.

During Breakfast the waffle batter ran out and the line was way too long. I would suggest putting in another waffle maker. We were there at 7:30 in the morning.

Hotel needs to be better maintained or better yet, renovated. The air conditioner unit was noisy and the thermostat didn’t work, highway noise was like hearing thunder all night, flood light from parking lot shines through shade, safe did not work, TV remotes did not work (had to unplug the TV to get it to turn on and then unplug it again to shut it off), phone jack on nightstand lamp did not work, hair dryer plug broken, no bars on tub/shower, large red stains on carpet.

Friendly reception, plenty of parking. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, good supply of pillows and towels and the fridge was excellent in that it truly kept our beverages cold. The location is excellent and in walking distance to The Battery and Truist Park.

Facility was relativity clean but my king suitewas lacking in decor. Large area but felt like a warehouse due to sparse furniture.. or the giant room could have been sectioned off to make the room feel cozier.
