Just a few things. The first morning, I had to take a cold shower, as no hot water. But, the staff addressed it quickly and had hot water that evening. And, it was noisy when trying to sleep until about 1 to 2 am. I think it's because the room was located next to a bar and the fireplace seating area of the Inn.

The property is located close to Main Street so I could walk to all the scenic locations, bakeries, restaurants, and wine tasting. All the people are so nice and inviting. And, I really love that people were so considerate of my service animal. Solvang is such a nice town, I enjoyed learning about its history and the architecture is like out of a fairytale. I will definitely visit again.

The bathtub was very uncomfortable as it had no handheld showerhead and was fixed directly to the wall.

The room was spacious and new. The staff were kind and helpful. Central location. Breakfast was average.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and every time you moved it squeaked very loudly. It was very annoying. Did not complain to front staff as we were all settled in and did not want to move to another room and not sure if all beds were like that

Our room (31) was at bottom of stairs. Every time someone used shower or bathroom it sounded like it was in our room at twice the volume

Outside light, they reflect the white blinds and pretty blight to sleep. Glad we had an eye masks.

We loved our big room with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The room was exceptionally big. The hotel is in a great location to walk everywhere. We also had great massages at the spa on site. The breakfast was made up of local pasteries and items, which was so nice. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a cold night and the heater turned off automatically but didn’t turn back on automatically. We woke up to the room being 64 degrees when we had it set at 72 degrees.

The bed we have was very uncomfortable it was hard to sleep for the length of the stay. I would recommend either changing the mattresses or checking the one we were on Room # 31

They charged me a 50 dollar incidental upon checking in. The beds are hard as rock. There was some small mold in the shower, probably because there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Property is beautiful. Outdoor fireplaces are a nice touch.

Excellent location. Self parking was free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds were well maintained. Overall a good stay. Next time, I would upgrade to a better located room. Our chateau king was off the parking lot, so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The furniture on the patio where I stayed was dirty and wet and not comfortable at all. Metal table and metal chairs in the winter it's not really accessible.

I love the charm of the property. I love the outdoor fireplace areas to relax, and it is a spot that people take a lot of selfies because of the aesthetic.

The price we paid during Yulefest for the room was astronomical.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional! We parked our car and walked everywhere. It was so fun.

We were on the third floor which was ok because we are mobile, but there is no elevator to this floor to carry luggage. I thought it was expensive for the accommodations which were fine but nothing special.
